Neste trabalho será apresentada uma metodologia de análise quantitativa de volume de rocha desmontado. A avaliação é feita a partir do levantamento de dados aferidos dos planos de fogo da empresa Dagoberto Barcellos S/A. O procedimento utilizado fundamentou-se em um conjunto de ações baseadas no software Micromine e no layout dos furos de detonação utilizados na lavra da empresa. Em campo foram coletadas informações referentes à detonação das bancadas de minérios, sendo assim, essas informações muniram o banco de dados do software, no módulo de desmonte, gerando o design dos planos de fogo. Com a visualização dos planos de fogo lançados no Micromine, foi possível a construção de bancadas de minério tridimensionais, utilizadas para o cáalculo dos valores de volume do maciço rochoso a partir da malha triangulada. A ideia é comparar a estimativa de volumes e massas de material desmontado gerado pelo software e compará-los, aos valores de volume obtidos pela empresa. Os resultados do trabalho estão expressos em tabelas e gráficos de colunas, para melhor visualização das diferenças de estimativas que se apresentaram muito pequenas.
