The palm oil industry is one of the sources of non-oil and gas foreign exchange of Indonesia. It contributes to National Gross Domestic Product at 13.96% in 2017. This study aims to examine the readiness of palm oil industry in the implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). The readiness of palm oil industry in implementing ERP, is not only about a large cost, but also the ERP has required great resources including human respurces, technology, management, and process and data. Thus, it should fit the needs of the industry. Using the Critical Success Factors (CSF) method, this study employs five dimensions of the ERP readiness, that is management, process, technology, data, and personnel. A survey research method is employed to acquire the data and there are 19 items for those five dimensions. A gap analysis is employed to analyse the data and this method is used to determinethe disparity between existing conditions and future expectations. The findings reveal that the palm oil industry is well prepared to implement the ERP from four dimensions of management, technology, process and personnel.The management factor is the one of an factor of readiness in the ready category together with other factors including process, and human resources. Technology is the best factor which has led to increasing demands for building a strong information technology infrastructure to integrate business processes. The company needs to complete the master data onto the database and change the database system integrated into a single database that causes data is lack of ready data in ERP implementation.
E-government is the one of facilities of government to interact and communicate with the citizen as the government's ability to improve service performance. However, not all citizen, including the poor, can benefit the e-government services. To answer the issue, this research developed e-government model of Rukun Tetangga (RT) based on eight factors consisting of Content providers, Direct-to-consumer, Value-net-Integrations, Full-service providers, Infrastructure service providers, Market, Collaboration and Virtual Communities. Quantitative research was used to collect data through interview with 24 participants including Head of RT, Citizen and Employees District Office in Palembang. The findings of this study showed that an e-government RT model was required to help Palembang Government to meet needs of the citizen, which had impacts to improve services to entire levels of society.
Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Webqual merupakan teori penerimaan teknologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat lima konstruk yang digunakan dan merupakan gabungan dari konstruk-konstruk asli yang terdapat dalam TAM dan Webqual. Kelima konstruk tersebut adalah kemudahan pengguna persepsi (perceived ease of use / PEOU), kegunaan persepsi (perceived usefulness / PU), kualitas interaksi layanan (Service Interaction Quality of Website/ Web-SQ), kualitas informasi (Information Quality of Website/ Web-IQ), dan minat perilaku menggunakan teknologi (behavioral intention to use / BIUS). Model gabungan ini selanjutnya digunakan untuk meneliti sistem ujian online berbayar dengan studi kasus qualitiva.id. Penelitian ini selanjutnya akan menjelaskan tentang penerimaan sistem ujian online berbayar pada pelajar, mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan PLS. Data diperoleh dari responden yang merupakan siswa LKP PalComTech Palembang dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertutup. Terdapat 142 sampel penelitian yang dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS dengan software smartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Konstruk PEOU mempengaruhi konstruk AT; (2) Konstruk PU mempengaruhi konstruk AT; (3) Konstruk AT pengaruh terhadap konstruk BIUS; (4) Konstruk Web-SQ tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap konstruk BIUS; (5) Konstruk Web-IQ mempengaruhi konstruk BIUS; dan (6) Konstruk BIUS tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap konstruk BV;. Selain itu koefisien variabel laten PU terhadap AT memiliki nilai paling besar diantara nilai koefisien variabel laten pada model hubungan antar konstruk lainnya
Teknologi informasi (TI) dapat diadopsi sebagai kemampuan organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam rangka memenuhi peraturan pemerintah, meningkatkan profitabilitas, dan meningkatkan posisi kompetitif di pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model kemampuan IT berdasarkan dari kualitas infrastruktur TI, yang digunakan organisasi untuk mendukung proses bisnis. Model ini dikembangkan berdasarkan pandangan berbasis infrastruktur TI sebagai landasan teoritis dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan kinerja organisasi. Validitas model ini akan diuji menggunakan model persamaan struktural berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari organisasi di kota Palembang. Data yang dikumpulkan akan di analisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan infrastruktur TI untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dari suatu organisasi yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan proses bisnis digitalisasi untuk berkompetisi di pasar global. Hasil penelitian diharapkan juga menghasilkan sebuah model baru mengenai infrastruktur IT yang merupakan kontribusi asli untuk literatur sistem informasi khususnya hubungan antara infrastruktur TI yang dihubungkan dengan kinerja organisasi

The use of information technology can change the pattern of publik services in reducing corruption, financial transparency, convenience of services and increasing revenue in each region. However, each region with its own geographical conditions of course there are still people in the lower middle class or the poor who have not been able to access publik services of their government, So in this thesis, researchers are interested in developing network infrastructure design so that people in villages or villages, especially RT who have minimal access, can enjoy publik services in Palembang City
