The article is devoted to the characteristics of foam concrete with the application of nanostructured binder (NB) on the basis is amorphous aluminosilicate rocks. The optimal technological parameters of the production of nanostructured perlite binder (NPB) were stated. The selection of foam generating agents was accomplished and mechanisms of formation of cellular composites on the basis of NPB were studied. Physical and mechanical characteristics of the obtained material were determined.
-Multifunctional studies have already proved the efficacy of nanotechnological solutions to be applied in the civil engineering. This is largely due to the tendency in the product quality increase in terms of the basic exploitation characteristics, as well as, the formation of end-products unique properties. The goal of this study is to examine the modification process occurring in portland cement impacted by a nanostructured binder of silicate composition and to identify the optimal amount of a modifying supplement aimed at improving the physico-mechanical properties of the binder and its further application as the main component in cellular-cement composites production. The paper introduces the results of the experimental studies:rheotechnological, physico-mechanical properties of modified binder compositions, kinetics of durability set, and sample drying. The change of rheotechnological and physico-mechanical properties of the system, when the composition is modified, was justified. However, taking into account the necessary characteristics, the modified binder can be used to gain multi-purposed construction composites such as dense (fine-grained concrete for piece wall products) and cellular (different brands of foam concrete). Due to the collected data, the optimal composition with high durability indexes was chosen.
Using statistical methods results of acceptance testing of products from autoclave cellular concrete of the enterprises of the Belgorod region were analyzed according to the measured compressive strength and density. It was found that when these indicators conform the regulations, their oscillations reach the frontiers of normal statistical distribution. It is shown that statistical methods can serve as a tool to control the quality of products and for finding problems in the production process with identifying the most important of them. The most expected causes of quality deterioration were identified. Recommendations for enterprise to bring the investigated process under the stable conditions were given. Thus it was shown that it is not always correct to judge the stability of manufacturing prosess only by output of quality products with a minimum level of defects. As an important tool for adjustment of production activities may be the use of statistical methods of quality management that can improve the efficiency of industrial enterprises.
The opportunity of production of effective non-cement binders with using of different morphological and structural types of aluminosilicates and silicates is studied on the basis of data of phase and structural features of natural raw materials – perlite and quartz sand.
