Науковометодична стаття.У статті проаналізовано існуючі підходи до визначення поняття економічної злочинності, а також розглянуто найпоширеніші причини економічних злочинів. На основі положень кримінального законодавства згруповано економічні злочини у окремі групи залежно від сфери їх здійснення. Проведено аналіз статистичних даних щодо скоєних економічних злочинів в період за 2018-2019 р. у розрізі кількості відкритих кримінальних проваджень по окремим видам економічної діяльності та матеріальних збитків від них. Досліджено зарубіжний досвід боротьби з економічною злочинністю. Це дозволило встановити, що профілактика у вигляді превентивних заходів щодо здійснення злочинів є одним з найдієвіших способів запобігання економічній злочинності.Ключові слова: економічна злочинність, економічні злочини, економічна діяльність, види економічних злочинів, аналіз економічної злочинності Ksendzuk V V., Bondarenko D.О. Some issues in the field of economic crime prevention in Ukraine. Scientific and methodical article.The article analyzes the existing approaches to defining the concept of economic crime, as well as considers the most common causes of economic crimes. Based on the provisions of criminal law, economic crimes are grouped into separate groups depending on the scope of their implementation. The analysis of statistical data on economic crimes committed in the period for 2018-2019 in terms of the number of open criminal proceedings for certain types of economic activity and material damage from them. Foreign experience in prevention economic crime has been studied. This established that prevention in the form of preventive measures to commit crimes is one of the most effective ways to prevent economic crime.
