The quality of impermanence between traditionalism and postmodernism gave birth to Banana’s unique “hybrid narrative”. There, people are caught between traditional values and the attraction of the postmodern lifestyle. Banana’s character loves the kitchen and has a traditional belief in ghosts but is also openly LGBT-identifying—a challenge to modern binarism that is ready to confront random postmodern disasters. The character tries to escape but still seems to be stuck in the same place. This is similar to the situation that young Japanese have to face. In the eternal struggle of life, they need to be honest, live according to their own personal values and, more importantly, always show a willingness to help others with the most practical actions. Observing the world as a whole, Banana’s novels and short stories are simultaneously new and old, and readers today are eager for her stories.
Pedagogy training is a fundamental programme that should be conducted regularly, especially in the context of reforming the general Vietnam education recently. The research objective aims to classify the development process of training activities for high school teachers. The research methodology is based on the historical and comparative approaches to present the maturing process of teaching apprentices for the high school workforce. The research result reveals that although the training activities for high school teachers have been in many countries’ consideration for a long time within the innovation of education and society, there is a shortage of in-depth studies for this topic as well as professional capacity building management in the Vietnamese teaching labour today.
This study explores the role of language in the postmodern times. We begin by looking at how the postmodernists think about language. They see language as being very important in society and they study language as metalanguage. They believe that language came into being is the same way that society came into being. Everything is governed by language and the way it works. Postmodernists believe that a language has its own life and attains meaning in the way that it is used in real life. In postmodern times game theory has taken on importance. It helps people understanding each other and how to live better. Ludwig Wittgenstein coined the term "language game". He said that upon this foundation people's actions are determined. Based on Wittgenstein's observations, Jacques Derrida, Jean-François Lyotard and many postmodernists have developed the term. Language game has now penetrated deeply into literary theories and many aspects of life.
