La actual investigación tiene por objetivo analizar los retos de cara al 2030 que tiene el Perú en relación al comercio exterior. Se generó desde una tipología documental con diseño bibliográfico, con la intención de estudiar un objeto de estudio proyectivo de cara a los eventos económicos que se avecinan en la presente década, en este sentido, se empleó el método analítico – sintético. El Perú de cara al 2030 debe redimensionar su comercio exterior desde la generación de una economía basada en la investigación, innovación tecnológica, focalizada desde los pequeños emprendimientos como política de fortalecimiento del mercado nacional en favor de diversificar desde productos configurados en la inteligencia artificial, en sumatoria de los tradicionales como manufactura, turismo, alimentación, siendo que el escenario por pandemia ha permitido visibilizar las afecciones de no contar con una estructura digital para el soporte de una economía en vía de la era 4.0.
La investigación tiene por objetivo analizar las aduanas y burocracia en Latinoamérica. se desarrolló desde una perspectiva descriptiva con diseño bibliográfico con la intención de indagar artículos de investigación publicados en Scopus, WOS, Scielo, Redalyc, Latindex 2.0, como bases de datos referentes donde se encuentren alojadas investigaciones que han pasado por criterios de rigurosidad evaluativa editorial – académica. Los retos de las aduanas en Latinoamérica se focalizan en encontrar una integración con mayor eficiencia en el intercambio de la mercancía de forma legal, rápida, tal como fue ratificado en abril de 2021 en la “XLI Reunión de Directores Nacionales de Aduanas de América Latina, España y Portugal”; efectuada vía virtual y con epicentro en Lima – Perú, de ese modo, se concuerda en la necesidad de articular políticas económicas, administrativas, de logística, con la intención de promover el intercambio con mayor diligencia y eficacia.
