Objective: to know health professionals’ perceptions about care actions provided to children with Congenital Zika Virus Syndrome and their families. Methods: this is a qualitative study, carried out in a capital of center-western Brazil, based on the Unified Health System theoretical precepts. Data were collected in September and October 2020, through audio-recorded interviews with 12 health professionals from a specialized service and submitted to analysis of content, thematic modality. Results: the implementation of care actions with these children occurs through multidimensional assessment of children and their families, use of the Unique Therapeutic Project, therapeutic interventions for the development of children and the communication and exchange of interprofessional and family experiences, in addition to considering professionals’ prior knowledge and their search for it. Final considerations: children with CZS and their families need individualized, frequent, integrated and continuous care.
Objective: to know how the preparation of caregivers of technology-dependent patients is conducted from the perspective of professionals from the Home Care Service. Methods: a qualitative study, conducted with nine professionals from the Home Care Service teams. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews and submitted to Content Analysis, thematic modality. Results: two categories emerged: Strategies and resources used in the preparation of caregivers for dehospitalization and Factors that influence the preparation of caregivers for dehospitalization, which show that this preparation involves the use of soft technologies, based on the interaction and valorization of learning, besides aspects related to the organization of the service in the intra-hospital and home contexts. Conclusion: the preparation of caregivers is permeated with concern for facilitating the acquisition of knowledge and skills for care at home; it involves the use of specific resources and strategies and is influenced positively by technologies and negatively by factors related to hospital structure and organization. Conflitos de interesse: nada a declarar. ResumoObjetivo: Analisar os fatores associados ao óbito em pessoas com HIV/Aids. Método:Estudo epidemiológico e analítico, realizado a partir das notificações de HIV/Aids do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, no período de 2009 à 2018. Os dados foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva, análise de sobrevida via método de Kaplan-Meier e regressão de Cox.Resultados: Foram analisadas 8.712 notificações, com taxa de sobrevida de 86% ao longo dos 10 anos. Os fatores associados ao óbito foram:sexo masculino (=1,22; p=0,006), cor da pele parda (=1,30; p=0,012), oito anos ou menos de estudo (=1,57; p=0,000), e possível transmissão sexual mediante relação com mulheres (=2,72; p=0,000) ou com ambos -homens e mulheres (=2,24; p=0,002) e utilização de drogas injetáveis (=2,57; p=0,016).Conclusão: Características sociais, culturais e comportamentais podem contribuir para redução da sobrevida das pessoas com HIV/Aids. Esses fatores sinalizam especificidades a serem consideradas no planejamento assistencial e monitoramento dos casos, em especial no que concerne à necessidade de busca ativa, monitoramento contínuo, além de intervenções que envolvam mudanças de comportamento.
Introdução: o Serviço de Atenção Domiciliar (SAD), regido pela Portaria n° 825/2016, organiza-se a partir de uma base territorial também denominada região de saúde, e constitui um dos pontos da Rede de Atenção à Saúde (RAS). Contudo, nem todo território possui cobertura das ações oferecidas pelo SAD o que necessita do envolvimento de outros pontos da RAS. Objetivo: descrever como ocorre o cuidado à pacientes que residem em área descoberta pelas equipes do SAD. Material e métodos: pesquisa descritiva-exploratória, qualitativa, realizada com profissionais do SAD de uma capital do centro-oeste brasileiro. Os dados foram coletados nos meses de agosto a outubro de 2019, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e submetidas à análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin. Estudo aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética sob parecer n° 3.226.138. Resultados: participaram sete profissionais. Eles referiram que para o acesso e continuidade das ações de cuidado pelos pacientes e suas famílias residentes em regiões descobertas pelo serviço, orientam a busca pelo atendimento nos demais pontos da RAS. O contato telefônico e a visita domiciliar são realizados para reconhecimento do paciente e seu contexto familiar, seguidos pelo acionamento da região de saúde para verificação da disponibilidade de atendimento pelos profissionais do Núcleo Ampliado de Saúde da Família (NASF). A ausência de uma unidade de saúde da família que atenda a área de moradia do paciente foi elencada como dificuldade para o direcionamento e manutenção da assistência. Conclusões: o fluxo dos pacientes residentes fora da área de abrangência do SAD perpassa burocracias relacionadas à organização da rede. Entretanto, constata-se que as equipes deste serviço tentam articular suas ações com vistas ao reconhecimento pela RAS e a consequente oferta de uma assistência integral e contínua às famílias. Introdução: o Diabetes Mellitus tipo 2 (DM2) é importante causa de morbimortalidade devido aos desfechos nocivos das alterações metabólicas do organismo. Essa condição multifatorial e progressiva pode levar a complicações e perdas funcionais, o que exige cuidados permanentes com destaque às ações individuais e sistematizadas executadas na consulta de enfermagem. Objetivo: relatar a experiência de uma intervenção em saúde ancorada aos preceitos do Autocuidado Apoiado. Material e métodos: relato de experiência de intervenção em saúde realizada a usuário com complicações de DM2 e estratificado em Risco Alto, cadastrado em uma equipe de Estratégia Saúde da Família de uma capital da região centro-oeste brasileira. A intervenção no domicílio constituiu-se de seis encontros que foram distribuidos de forma semanal e seguiu um cronograma de execução e emprego das seguintes ferramentas: Diagrama de Ishikawa, Genograma, Ecomapa e implementação do Autocuidado Apoiado (AA). No primeiro encontro foi realizada anamnese, exame físico, avaliações do pé diabético e histórico de exames laboratoriais, e reavaliação da estratificação de risco. Ao segundo, junto ao médico, solicitação de novos exames, ajustes de receita, orientação do curso da doença e da importância na pactuação de metas para apoiar a mudança de comportamento e o autocuidado. Por sua vez, no terceiro e quarto encontro ocorreu a construção e implementação dos planos de cuidado com enfoque na adesão à insulinoterapia, metas para favorecer a reeducação alimentar e controle glicêmico e cuidados com pé diabético. Ocorreu a avaliação das intervenções por meio do cumprimento das ações do plano pelo usuário e seu encaminhamento ao nutricionista e psicólogo. Resultados: a intervenção permitiu ao indivíduo refletir sobre o processo saúde-doença e possibilitou melhora nos valores glicêmicos e na cicatrização da ferida. Conclusões: ações de intervenção com base no AA possibilitam melhores resultados de saúde, dado que o usuário torna-se responsável por gerir seu processo terapêutico.
