Los laboratorios de experimentación para los cursos de formación superior en sistemas de control pueden llegar a ser costosos, ya sea en su adquisición, operación o mantenimiento. Un recurso alternativo para disponer plataformas de experimentación son los laboratorios remotos; sin embargo, no siempre es posible obtener sistemas complejos. Una solución a este problema son los laboratorios de emulación remotos. En este artículo se describe el desarrollo de una aplicación web para la emulación de sistemas dinámicos utilizando una herramienta software de prototipado rápido de control de libre distribución basada en Linux/RTAI. La aplicación está enfocada especialmente a la experimentación con sistemas dinámicos que no están disponibles fácilmente en un laboratorio, donde el modelo es configurado por el usuario. Se presenta el diseño de la interfaz de usuario y el motor de procesamiento de los datos enviados. Se verificaron en el servidor de aplicación los tiempos de latencia del sistema operativo en tiempo real y la capacidad del sistema para reproducir señales similares a las de un sistema real a partir de un modelo emulado. El modelo de un evaporador fue utilizado como ejemplo para probar la funcionalidad de la aplicación. Una de las ventajas de la aplicación es la metodología de trabajo, que está basada en el desarrollo de bloques en Scicos, esto permite al usuario reutilizar esos parámetros y el código que implementó para construir un bloque sobre el Toolbox Scicos en el entorno Linux/RTAI/ScicosLab; además, se requiere solamente un navegador web y la máquina virtual de Java.
El objetivo de este trabajo es describir los efectos de la aplicación de la Norma Internacional de Contabilidad (NIC) 32 en los instrumentos de patrimonio de las cooperativas colombianas. Para ello, se acudió al estudio de caso, siguiendo un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo. La información sobre las cooperativas analizadas, Cooperativa Multiactiva de los Empleados y Egresados de la Universidad Autónoma de Occidente y Cooperativa de los Trabajadores de Pizano, se obtuvo de fuentes primarias y secundarias. Los resultados demuestran un crecimiento en los índices de endeudamiento en las organizaciones solidarias estudiadas, una vez aplicadas las exigencias del estándar internacional de acuerdo a tres escenarios definidos. Por otro lado, el índice de apalancamiento determina que los recursos controlados por cada una de las cooperativas, se financiaría a través de los acreedores. Se concluye que la clasificación de los aportes sociales como pasivo financiero, daría lugar al deterioro de la solvencia de la cooperativa frente a terceros producto de la gran dependencia del capital social.
En el desarrollo del presente trabajo, profundizaré desde el punto de vista teórico y práctico en la forma de llegar a elaborar uno de los nuevos estados financieros incluidos dentro de las cuentas anuales al amparo del Real Decreto 1514/2007, de 16 de noviembre, como es el estado de cambios en el patrimonio neto. En el análisis detallado del nuevo Plan General de Contabilidad para España, el cual tiene su aplicación a partir del pasado 1 de enero de 2008, se presentan novedades importantes, y una de ellas hace referencia a los informes integrantes de las cuentas anuales. La mayor novedad en este aspecto viene dada por la incorporación de dos nuevos estados financieros: el estado de cambios en el patrimonio neto y el estado de flujos de efectivo. Por lo tanto, centrándonos en el estado de cambios en el patrimonio neto, se hace necesaria la profundización en el proceso a llevar a cabo para su elaboración y de manera prospectiva mostrar su importancia como herramienta de análisis dentro del proceso de toma de decisiones empresarial. Con base en lo anterior, se procura contribuir con herramientas fiables y sencillas a la actividad del análisis de la información contable para que cumpla uno de sus principales objetivos, como es el de servir de soporte dentro del proceso de toma de decisiones empresariales.
