La llegada del virus SARS-CoV-2 trajo consigo una pandemia mundial y una crisis sanitaria que iba a extenderse a todos los ámbitos de la sociedad, desembocando en cierre de empresas, pérdidas de millones de empleos y numerosas alteraciones en el estilo de vida de los individuos, además de provocar cambios de consumo en la sociedad y un aumento del uso de las redes sociales debido a los meses de confinamiento, lo que supuso un punto de inflexión en diversos ámbitos y, concretamente, en el sector de la moda y de las influencers. Con la presente investigación se pretende analizar, mediante metodología mixta, los cambios producidos antes, durante y después de la pandemia en el trabajo de las influencers de moda, la evolución de las marcas de este sector en los medios digitales y las nuevas tendencias en el marketing de influencia que se han generado a raíz de esta nueva situación. Para ello, se realizará un análisis de contenido y una entrevista a profesionales del sector.
El presente trabajo se enmarca en la relación que se establece entre la Responsabilidad Social de las empresas (RSE) y relaciones públicas en las organizaciones, visto desde el enfoque de la Teoría de la Legitimación (Lindblom, 1994). Se plantea determinar si los clubes profesionales del fútbol español apuestan por la RSE como estrategia para legitimar su rol de ciudadano corporativo en la sociedad. Como objetivos específicos se pretende (1) conocer cuál es la situación de la RSE en los clubes; (2) determinar las políticas de RSE más habituales y, (3) identificar los principales canales de relación y diálogo con los stakeholders. La metodología empleada, con un carácter descriptivo-interpretativo, se focalizará en el estudio de los 42 clubes que componen la Liga de Fútbol Profesional (temporada 2017/2018), de primera y segunda división. Para ello se analizan las memorias anuales, las webs corporativas y las fundaciones de los clubes, por constituirse éstas como instrumentos para implementar políticas de RSE. Los resultados arrojan un escaso compromiso con la RSE, donde se enfatiza la acción social, las acciones destinadas a los socios y el cumplimento con la Ley de Transparencia. La conclusión principal demuestra que los clubes profesionales se limitan a cumplir con la legislación y no tienen un compromiso real con la transparencia y la RSE. El concepto de RSE no es aplicable al sector del fútbol profesional en España.
ResumenDesde el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES) se potencia el desarrollo de destrezas profesionales desde la Universidad y esta situación se plantea como uno de los retos de este nuevo contexto educativo, caracterizado por cambios en la metodología docente y en el rol que estudiantes y docentes desempeñan en el aula. En el presente trabajo profundizamos en las posibilidades que ofrecen las herramientas docentes basadas en el aprendizaje colaborativo, para potenciar las competencias profesionales en los Estudios de Comunicación. La enseñanza de las relaciones públicas se enfrenta al reto del aprendizaje por competencias en un contexto profesional caracterizado por afrontar nuevos desafíos. En este contexto, revisamos el estado de la enseñanza de las relaciones públicas que se imparten en las universidades de Andalucía, para delimitar su idoneidad de acuerdo a los requerimientos profesionales. La metodología empleada realiza una revisión documental de informes profesionales, y un análisis de contenido de los planes de estudios, revisando competencias profesionales, metodologías docentes y evaluación. Para conocer si la formación en relaciones públicas en Andalucía responde a las necesidades de la profesión.
Introducción: Los cambios derivados del proceso de digitalización han obligado a los agentes del sistema de medios a adaptarse para gestionar procesos y sistemas, hecho que incluye a los profesionales de los medios publicitarios, que han debido adaptarse al ritmo que exige la industria. Esta investigación analiza el perfil del profesional directivo de los medios publicitarios españoles, principalmente en sus competencias y formación profesional integral, con foco en el área digital. Metodología: Se realiza investigación exploratoria a través de análisis de contenido de 196 directivos de las áreas de publicidad y marketing de los soportes con mayor audiencia, según EGM, de los medios convencionales, públicos y privados, más los perfiles similares de las principales plataformas digitales que gestionan publicidad en España. Resultados: Los mandos directivos, aunque deben mejorar, están capacitados para las exigencias de las empresas informativas y publicitarias en plena era de comunicación digital, principalmente, gracias a la experiencia acumulada en el sector, más que a la actualización o especialización de su formación. Discusión: Los profesionales de medios privados están más actualizados y cualificados en su formación global y digital, presentan menor trayectoria profesional y más rotación laboral que sus compañeros de medios públicos. Conclusiones: La educación y capacitación de los directivos publicitarios de medios españoles requiere de alta proactividad y motivación individual. La formación en digitalización es creciente, pero no mayoritaria, sobre todo en plantillas de medios públicos, así como en el sector revistas y televisión de medios privados.
