This work provides experimental evidence and theoretical explanations regarding the formation mechanisms of GaN nanowires grown by selective area growth on GaN-on-sapphire templates. The first growth stage, driven by selective area growth kinetics, consists of initial nucleation (along the nanohole inner periphery), coalescence onset and full coalescence, producing a single nanocrystal within each nanohole. In the second growth stage, driven by free-surface-energy minimization, the formed nanocrystal undergoes morphological evolution, exhibiting initial cylindrical-like shape, intermediate dodecagonal shape and a final, thermodynamically stable hexagonal shape. From this point on, the nanowire vertical growth proceeds while keeping the stable hexagonal form.
ResumenLos contratos por adhesión acarrean una relación contractual asimétrica entre las partes contratantes. La parte dominante, quien tiene la facultad para definir la estructura y contenido del contrato, puede incorporar cláusulas favorables sólo para ella y que perjudican al otro contratante. El propósito de este artículo es identificar las sanciones que nuestro ordenamiento jurídico establece frente a las cláusulas abusivas en los contratos por adhesión, y abordar el control jurisdiccional de estas cláusulas en aquellos casos en los que la ley no dispone una sanción expresa. El escrito comienza definiendo las cláusulas abusivas, sus características y --algunas tipologías; luego aborda el control normativo según las reglas contenidas en las leyes que han regulado el fenómeno; finalmente, se centra en el estudio del control jurisdiccional de las cláusulas abusivas no reguladas expresamente en el ordenamiento, así como en definir los criterios para una valoración de la abusividad.Palabras clave: Cláusulas abusivas, contratación contemporánea, contratos por adhesión, control jurisdiccional, juicio de abusividad. AbstractThe contracts of adhesion involve an asymmetric position between the parties. The dominant party, which has the faculty to set the structure and content of the contract, has the possibility of including favorable clauses for himself but detrimental for the other. This article intends both, to identify the sanctions that our legal system establishes against unfair terms in contracts of adhesion and to study the cases of judicial review of these clauses when there is no specific law that establishes expressed sanctions. The writing begins by defining the unfair terms, their main characteristics and some typologies. Then, it describes the legal control developed in specific laws that rule the subject; finally, the writing focuses on the study of the judicial review of unfair terms when these have no expressed sanctions in Colombian legal system, to end by defining the criteria to value the abuse of a dominant position.
Flamenco is an art form that traditionally has been taught orally. The Taller de Musics opened its doors in Barcelona in the year 1979 providing another cultural frame (Martí, 2002b) to learn flamenco. In the present article the objective is to find the influence of the cantaor and creator Enrique Morente in the artist Rosalía through her cante teacher José Miguel Vizcaya Sánchez Chiqui de la Línea, first at the Taller de Músics and later at the ESMUC. Both, Enrique Morente and Rosalía recorded their first album being twenty-five years old, although their backgrounds, learning and realities were different. Later on, Morente’s album Despegando became a deep inspiration that conditioned Rosalía as an artist and creator that will be revealed throughout the article. It seems like the transversal influence of Morente helped Rosalía take of “con altura”. El flamenco es un arte que tradicionalmente se ha enseñado de manera oral. El Taller de Músics abrió sus puertas en Barcelona en el año 1979 proporcionando otro marco cultural (Martí, 2002b) para aprender flamenco. En el presente artículo se pretende analizar la influencia del cantaor y creador Enrique Morente en la artista Rosalía, a través de su profesor de cante José Miguel Vizcaya Sánchez Chiqui de la Línea, primero en el Taller de Músics y después en la ESMUC. Tanto Enrique Morente como Rosalía grabaron su primer álbum con la edad de veinticinco años, aunque desde procedencias, aprendizajes y realidades diferentes. Más adelante, el álbum Despegando de Morente se convirtió en una inspiración de gran calado que permeó en Rosalía en su faceta como artista y creadora que se desvelará a lo largo del artículo. Todo apunta a que la influencia transversal de Morente ayudó a Rosalía a despegar “con altura”.
