Access to energy is related to the essential aspects of modern survival, impacting production processes, access to knowledge and economic development. The global energy demand grows every year, and remote areas without connection to central grids need viable and sustainable alternatives for generating, distributing and storing energy at the local level. This paper presents an analysis through academic research, patent publications, reports and government information to map global trends and identify the opportunities for hybrid systems for power generation in microgrids from renewable sources and with several modes of generation. The data showed recent exponentially rising technologies with a tendency to continue for the next few years. China leads in isolation followed by USA and India. Countries like Brazil and Mexico, despite favourable conditions, do not present local technological development nor are they seen as a market of interest. Technological and research routes point to improving storage processes. Photovoltaic energy source was most used and to lesser extent wind, biomass, bioethanol, biogas, biodiesel and biohydrogen. Most of the inventions were focused on creating and improving machines, equipment, and systems to operate and control, utilizing the Homer software, for example.

The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the idealizers of the entrepreneurial culture in the Region of Costa Verde / RJ-Brazil, with a view to the formation of networks to promote entrepreneurship. In the ambit of entrepreneurship, it was sought to identify the organizations and strategic subjects in the formation of a local entrepreneurial culture, as well as to analyze the main promoter and repressor aspects of entrepreneurship and the degree of articulation between them. This research was of qualitative approach and the methods used sought to obtain data that allowed subjective analyzes to be carried out on the local entrepreneurial culture. An exploratory study was carried out based on a bibliographical and documentary research. The result of this research shows that there is still a great lack of investments around entrepreneurship mainly by the public sector. It is also noted the importance of SEBRAE in the matter, since practically all the institutions linked to the theme have a partnership with SEBRAE. It is also noted the existence of a gap left by educational institutions that have been filled by the branches of institutions that have been installed in the region in recent years. These results can be sources of information in the formulation of public policies to promote entrepreneurship, as well as contribute to the formation of strategic networks to foster the local entrepreneurial culture.

Este artigo é resultado de um projeto de extensão cujo objetivo central foi fomentar o empreendedorismo na comunidade local, despertando o espírito empreendedor e preparando os empreendedores para os desafi os de inovar. Foram utilizados métodos de análise documental, bibliográfi ca e aplicação de questionários na etapa de diagnóstico. Apropriados desses resultados parcerias foram articuladas e foi criado o NGE-Núcleo de Gestão e Empreendedorismo, onde foram realizadas 13 atividades envolvendo palestras, ofi cinas, cursos, capacitação, participação em feiras, visitas técnicas, simpósios, congresso internacional e a realização da Semana de Gestão e Empreendedorismo.

ResumoO presente artigo buscou identificar e analisar as políticas públicas que estão sendo desenvolvidas atualmente no Estado de Pernambuco -Brasil -que visam a fomentar o empreendedorismo. Para tanto, foi necessário realizar uma pesquisa documental na qual foram analisados documentos oficiais, em especial o Plano Plurianual 2012-2015 do governo do Estado de Pernambuco, tendo em vista a identificação das ações planejadas para o empreendedorismo. Em seguida foi feita uma entrevista semiestruturada na Secretaria de Trabalho, Qualificação e Empreendedorismo (STGE), principal órgão de fomento ao empreendedorismo no Estado. Concluiu-se que importantes e inovadores passos estão sendo dados no sentido de fomentar o empreendedorismo no Estado, entretanto a noção de empreendedorismo ainda precisa ser aprofundada pelo governo e as ações governamentais devem aumentar a quantidade de beneficiários e ampliar sua difusão. Este estudo visa evidenciar as competências empreendedoras mais presentes no ecoempreendedor que inova na criação de produto que destina corretamente os resíduos de óleo de fritura usado, transformando-os em riqueza, sobretudo por sua contribuição ao meio ambiente através da reciclagem, contribuindo diretamente para a promoção de uma sociedade sustentável. Vale salientar que as observações das características empreendedoras se deram sob a perspectiva das competências empreendedoras descritas por McClelland, além de enfoques do empreendedorismo em recente literatura. Nesse sentido, foi necessário um contato direto com o empreendedor, na sua empresa. Uma entrevista semiestruturada foi realizada com o empreendedor e os resultados apresentados foram obtidos através das informações oriundas da aplicação de um questionário respondido pelo mesmo. Através desse estudo de caso, chegou-se à conclusão que todas as competências foram identificadas, sobretudo busca de oportunidades, iniciativa e busca de informações.
