Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di setiap perguruan tinggi. Faktor internal berasal dari pengajar, sistem perkuliahan, dan kebijakan di perguruan tinggi tersebut. Sedangkan faktor eksternal dapat berasal dari intervensi dari luar kampus seperti kebijakan pemerintah atau kondisi eksternal yang terjadi. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang model pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yang dilaksanakan pada perguruan tinggi Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini akan memfokuskan tentang metode pendekatan dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yang dikembangkan oleh para dosen Mata Kuliah Wajib Umum (MKWU) di Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kegiatan pembelajaran tahun akademik 2019/2020 semester. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan induktif dan reduksi data. Hasilnya dapat diketahui bahwa proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan media elearning terdiri dari 5 (lima) unsur disetiap pertemuan yakni: (1) slide kuliah dalam bentuk powerpoint, (2) modul yang berisi narasi materi lebih lengkap, (3) video penjelasan oleh dosen pengampu, (4) forum diskusi, dan (5) kuis dan/atau tugas mingguan supaya mampu mendorong mahasiswa untuk memahami memiliki daya kritis, kreatif, dan aktif serta untuk berpikir analitis dan komprehensif.This research was conducted on Pancasila and Citizenship Education courses in each university. Internal factors come from the instructor, the lecture system, and policies at the college. Meanwhile, external factors can come from interventions from outside the campus such as government policies or external conditions that occur. This study will describe and analyze the Pancasila and citizenship education model implemented at Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta. This study will focus on the approach method in the learning process of Pancasila and Citizenship Education developed by lecturers of the General Compulsory Course (MKWU) at Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta. This research method uses a qualitative method approach. The source of this research data was obtained from the learning activities of the 2019/2020 semester academic year. Analysis of the data used in the study using inductive and data reduction. The result can be seen that the learning process of Pancasila and Citizenship Education which is carried out using elearning media consists of 5 (five) elements in each meeting, namely: (1) lecture slides in the form of PowerPoint, (2) modules containing more complete narrative material, (3) video explanations by lecturers, (4) discussion forums, and (5) quizzes and / or weekly assignments so as to encourage students to understand to have critical, creative, and active powers and to think analytically and comprehensively.
Penelitian ini termasuk deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis data dari 328 responden dari tiga perguruan tinggi (PT) di Yogyakarta. Dengan menggali data survey dalam survey/survey menggunakan mixed survey. Data dalam survei ini berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil survei ini menjelaskan nilai pendidikan antikorupsi. Kepribadian: Dari 328 siswa yang disurvei yang menganggap nilai kejujuran itu penting, mereka sering melakukannya. Jumlah tanggapan 171 (52,1%), nilai tanggung jawab 162 responden (49,4%), nilai kasih sayang 114 (36,7%), nilai sederhana 98 responden (29,9%), nilai disiplin 75 responden (22,9%), nilai ketekunan 72 responden (22%), 68 responden dengan nilai independen (20,7%). ), Nilai wajar 66 responden (20,1%) dan nilai keberanian 64 responden (19,9%). Nilai-nilai kepribadian tersebut dapat dibagi menjadi tiga aspek: inti, etos kerja, dan sikap yang menghasilkan etika anti korupsi dalam profesionalisme berintegritas.
This research analyzes the principle of legal certainty on the Circular Letter of Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) Governor Number 29/SE/V/2021 about playing the Indonesia Raya national anthem. Since the issuance of the letter, there have been polemics about the content of the Circular Letter of DIY Governor which are considered to have the potential to be materially and immaterially detrimental if it is going to be implemented. Other polemics arise about the urgency and the content material substance in the Circular Letter of DIY Governor which are potentially contradicting other laws. Even though the Circular Letter is a product of policy, not a product of law, it is juridically impacting institutions under the policymaker. The method used of this research is the normative law research approach. The primary data are the Circular Letter of DIY Governor Number 29/SE/V/2021, Law Number 24/2009 about the national flag, language, symbol, and anthem. Meanwhile, the secondary data are books and research result that are relevant to the topic. The data analysis is conducted by using positive law content and structural analysis. The result of the research shows that the Circular Letter of DIY governor has content material that has the potential to be inconsistent with the content material of article 59 UU Number 24/2009. In addition, the format of the letter does not meet the prevailing terms. In general, the content material of the Circular Letter of DIY Governor may occur of legal uncertainty in the implementation. In addition, in the perspective of critical pedagogy, forcing a national education together with community activities will lead to resistance and apathy.
