Background: Special education offers ways to the best capitalization of the possibilities that children in difficulty may have. These children, and especially those with mental and behavioral disabilities, need additional, competent supervision from specialists. Children and young people with special needs (SEN) are included in social (re)integration programs whose objectives can also be achieved through sport activities. Material and methods: In the high school where the research was conducted, during the observational practice, students with mild special educational needs are integrated into mainstream education and participate in physical activities. Results: 70.40% of the secondary school students and 71.10% of the primary school students agree with the inclusion of students with SEN in teams with the other students in the physical education class, and 16.60% and 14.50%, respectively, consider that they should be relieved of effort, while 13% and 14.50% want to practice separate classes. Conclusions: The results of the study show that students with disabilities can be integrated through physical education activities, being accepted and encouraged by their peers. However, the lack of specialized teachers raises certain barriers in achieving the integration of people with SEN.
The term of tourist product, as it was understood in the first decade after December, has undergone an important change of meaning, in the age of today's tourist. The simple outings in nature are replaced by trekking and cycle tourism tours, the classical mountain climbing by sport climbing, via ferrata, rafting and canyoning, wandering through caves by speotourism and the list may continue. Finally, we realize that the era of speed and the Internet brings along a paradigm change in terms of the tourist offer: adaptation to the need for adrenaline is done through extreme sports and adventure tourism services. The present study aims to highlight some recreational and leisure, sportive and adventure activities: caving tourism, mountain climbing, sport climbing, via ferrate, mountain hiking, cyc le tourism, zip line and rafting, all happening in Pădurea Craiului Mountains. If the above assertion seems generally valid, this area is perfectly in line with the trends, the tourism operators offer the most diverse activities, to meet the growing demand of new tourist products.
Children in the category of people with special needs must, because they have the right, benefit from an educational approach that ensures their develop- ment and recovery, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, social integra- tion or reintegration under non-discriminatory conditions regarding capabili- ties, skills, abilities or personality. The study aims to integrate knowledge, methods, forms and means specific to the field of motion science into activities that are meant to optimize health status, growth and physical development and the possibilities for their recovery and social integration of the children with special needs The study took place in the on a group of 10 students and 26 teachers and physiotherapists. Methods that are part of the category of those specific to the educational field were used, namely: scientific documentation, observa- tion, pedagogical experiment, opinion questionnaire, statistical-mathematical processing, graphic representation. Considering the heterogeneity of the subjects, following the application of the physical exercise program and the tests of evaluation of the motricity, an appreciable progress is observed in 8 of them, which represents 80%; for the remaining 20%, the progress made does not change the status of people with a low level of motor ability, namely speed, strength and endurance.
Romanian folk dances are a wealth of generations that we owe to preserve, protect and leave our inheritance to our descendants as a proof of our identity and history. By practicing dance, the customs and traditions of the people are learned; young people develop harmoniously due to the various movements in which the dances are composed. Romania has a wide range of games, dances and costumes inherited from tradition, perpetuated through repertoire and ethnography, which convinced us to address and highlight the important role of the traditions, folk dances in Bihor County, the beneficial effect that they have in the personal development of the dancers. The proposed research methodology for the study addresses methods such as the survey method by applying a questionnaire and the statistical-mathematical method. The results highlight the importance of folk dances first present in the family and the fact that passion is the main motivation of dancers that drives them to practice folk dance. It is necessary to give children the opportunity to make direct contact with the sources of popular creation such as dance, music, customs and folk costume, to create optimal conditions for learning our folk dances, the priceless treasure of our people.
Background: The article presents the results of research on mountain tourism in the Apuseni Mountains in Romania, especially in the field of safety and health (physical condition) of participants of expeditions to the mountains and their knowledge about the risks that may be encountered in these destinations and the methods of informing about these threats (proposed markings and information about hazards in the mountains, and placed on hiking trails). Material and methods: 45 volunteer young people were involved in the research. The methods used were: 1) field testing method; we monitored the evolution of the heart rate and correlated it with the geographical area; 2) survey/questionnaire method; through a questionnaire, were subjectively identified the potentially hazardous areas and the reasons why they were considered as such; 3) direct observation method; we made a correlation between the subjective physiological response (accelerated breathing, suffocation, sweating) and the area in which they occurred. Results: Monitoring the evolution of the heart rate has allowed highlighting areas where prolonged physical exertion can generate a state of fatigue that can become acute, thus promoting decreased ability to pay attention and focus. The recommendation that accompanies the proposed tourist sign on several levels of intensity, induces the “obligation” of the recovery break, thus inducing the return of attention and the ability to concentrate. Other areas that may present a significant potential of risk or danger to tourists, by slipping or overloading muscles or areas with a complex geographical structure that require specific skills: balance, muscle strength, etc., have been identified using the questionnaire. Conclusions: Based on all the information collected, depending on the characteristics of the type of risk, we propose to complete the catalogue of tourist signs with more specific information. We assume that informative signs that we propose and the additional information they contain can contribute to the avoidance of some limit situations that would determine the occurrence of some incidents or accidents. The better educated and informed tourists are, the safer their way will be.
