This work presents the demographic, population dynamics, and reproductive biology of a population of Stenocactus obvallatus (DC) Hill, a globose cactus endemic to Mexico. We followed for two years 451 individuals in a population covering 900 m 2 in a locality near Tierra Blanca, Guanajuato, Mexico.
