Balance is the ability to react to any change in body position so that the body remains stable and in control. A right balance will enable a person to carry out activities and movements effectively and efficiently with minimal risk of falling. A balanced training program is given as many athletes get injured during peak periods and training for patients with Multiple Sclerosis and Down Syndrome. The author is interested in proving and implementing various forms of balance training applied to children who participate in various sports at primary school age to prevent them from avoiding injury. Therefore, all physical conditions must be met so that they are ready to receive training at the next stage. This study aims to determine the effect of learning static and dynamic balance in elementary school students. The method used is a pretest-posttest control group design experimental random sampling method. The sample is elementary school students in grades 5 and 6. The instruments used in the form of tests are the standing crane test and the Star Balance Excursion Balance Test (SEBT). The results showed that static and dynamic balance learning significantly influenced the improvement of balance in elementary school students. In conclusion, learning static and dynamic balance together provides increased balance in elementary school students
This study seeks to empirically examine the effect of Perceived web quality (PWQ), Perceived Benefits (PB), Security and Privacy (SP), Behavioral Intention (BI) and electronic Word-of-mouth (e-WOM) among online travel agency users in Indonesia. In this study, the behavioral intention variable is the mediating variable, and e-WOM is the dependent variable. The study was conducted on 150 online shopping users in Indonesia using the PLS analysis tool. The test results show that the variables Perceived web quality (PWQ), Perceived Benefits (PB), Security and Privacy (SP) have a significant influence on Behavioral intention (BI) and on electronic Word-of-mouth (e-WOM). The results of the mediation test showed that Behavioral intention (BI) was able to strengthen the influence of the independent variable on electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM). This study practically underscores the importance of website quality and security and privacy aspects as factors that influence user intentions of online travel agencies in Indonesia. The push for online service providers and sellers to improve services and shopping security in the digital age is a practical implication of this finding.
This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the bank's internal factors such as Equity, Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediator and external or macroeconomic factors namely inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2008-2018. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the publication of quarterly financial statements from 2008 to quarter 2 of 2018. The method that used in this research is path analysis with SPSS 20.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study partially test the hypothesis (t-test), in substructure I shows that the capital variable has a significant negative effect on NPF, BOPO and inflation has a significant positive effect on NPF, FDR and GDP do not significantly influence NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In substructure II partially, Capital, BOPO, significant negative effect on ROA, FDR and NPF has a significant positive effect on ROA, Inflation and GDP does not significantly influence ROA while simultaneously significantly influencing ROA. Based on the sobel test, capital has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, FDR has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, Inflation has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, while GDP has no significant effect on ROA through NPF.
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference between the financial performance of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk before and after conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The indicators used in this study are financial ratios including Current Ratio (CR), Working Capital to Total Assets Ratio (WCTA), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (TATO), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Equity (ROE). The data used is the annual financial report of PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk for 2014-2020. The data analysis method used is the Paired Sample T Test and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed that there were significant differences in ROE, while in CR, WCTA, DAR, DER, ITO, TATO, and ROI there were no significant differences.
Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi sambal di Dusun Leses Kabupaten Malang. Sambal merupakan salah satu unsur khas hidangan Indonesia. Ada bermacam-macam variasi sambal yang berasal dari berbagai daerah. Masyarakat kota Malang yang didominasi remaja dan mahasiswa baik dalam kota maupun luar kota Malang rata-rata menyukai makanan dengan citarasa pedas atau menggunakan sambal. Permintaan pasar akan sambal kemasan di kawasan ini semakin meningkat. Lokasi mitra Dapur Uni Amel berada di RT 04 / RW 09 Dusun Leses, Kelurahan Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang. UKM Dapur Uni Amel yang dimiliki oleh Ibu Darnety ini telah berproduksi sejak tahun 2017. Mitra UKM telah berusaha untuk mengembangkan produksinya dengan menambah varian jenis sambal. Hingga saat ini ada 5 macam varian rasa yang berhasil diproduksi yaitu: Sambal hijau, Sambal merah, Sambal bawang, Sambal teri dan Sambal pencit. Beberapa kendala utama yang dapat diungkapkan disini adalah kurangnya modal pembuatan produksi sambal, sehingga produksi dilakukan dengan skala kecil yang menyebabkan cash flow tidak terjadi dengan baik. Proses produksi pada mitra masih menggunakan alat-alat masak yang sederhana dan masih manual menggunakan cobek, yang tentunya kesulitan jika pesanan yang masuk banyak. Ada beberapa tahap dalam proses produk pembuatan sambal, dikarenakan ada beberapa varian rasa dan tiap varian sambal memiliki proses yang berbeda. Penyelesaian masalah yang dialami mitra melalui pelatihan peningkatan kualitas sistem pengelolaan keuangan UKM, pelatihan manajemen organisasi, pengadaan alat produksi yaitu mesin sealer plastik dan mesin penggiling sambal.
