The article reveals some remote technologies in teaching military training. The role of the introduction of distance learning in the system of training of reserve officers is determined. The main advantages and problems of development and implementation of distance technologies in the education of future reserve officers are listed. Distance learning is built according to the same purpose and content as face-to-face training, but the forms of material submission and the forms of interaction between the subjects of the educational process differ significantly. The didactic principles of distance learning (principles of scientific, systematic and systematic, activity, principles of developmental learning, clarity, differentiation and individualization of learning) are similar to face-to-face training, but their implementation is specific. The characteristic features of distance learning are defined, namely: interactivity of learning, flexibility of learning; modular principle in the relevant military specialty; individualization of training on the basis of an individual schedule; economics of distance learning; no problem with the acquisition of educational materials and textbooks; parallelism of distance learning; openness and objectivity of citizens' knowledge assessment; high self-organization of citizens. Some approaches to solving problems of introduction of distance education are defined: development of the concept of distance education in all sections of military training; further development and adaptation of the Military Institute's corporate network; development, placement of electronic textbooks and teaching materials on the website of the Military Institute and creation of a database of distance education; organization of interaction between all participants of the educational process; creation of a single corporate system of distance education and unified resources; organization of training and advanced training of teachers and technical staff in the field of information technology in distance education, taking into account the gradual transition in teaching, including the Tactical Training module, to NATO standards, etc.

Паллиативная помощь представляет собой систему мероприятий, направленных на поддержание качества жизни пациентов с неизлечимыми, угрожающими жизни и тяжело протекающими заболеваниями. Задача паллиативной помощи не только облегчить страдания пациента, но и оказать необходимую помощь семье. Детская паллиативная помощь - это самостоятельная служба с уникальной структурой и значительными отличиями от службы, оказывающей паллиативную помощь взрослому населению. Значительные сложности при оказании педиатрической паллиативной помощи возникают по ряду причин, в том числе из-за неуверенности в течении болезни, веры родственников пациента в чудесное исцеление, поиска баланса между информацией о фактическом состоянии пациента и сохранением надежды. Встатье проанализирована динамика развития паллиативной помощи детям в Минской области за 2016-2020 годы, представлена нозологическая структура заболеваний, приводящих к статусу паллиативного пациента, а также описан опыт проведения длительной респираторной поддержки на дому. Palliative care is a system of measures aimed at maintaining the quality of life of patients with incurable, life-threatening and severe diseases. The task of palliative care is not only to alleviate suffering of the patient, but also to provide the necessary assistance to the family. Children’s palliative care is an independent service with a unique structure and significant differences from the service that provides palliative care to the adult population. Significant difficulties in providing pediatric palliative care arise because of a number of reasons, including uncertainty about the course of disease, belief of patient’s relatives in miraculous healing, search for the balance between information about the actual condition of the patient and preservation of hope. In the article, there is analyzed the dynamics of the development of palliative care for children in the Minsk region for 2016-2020; the nosological structure of diseases that lead to the status of a palliative patient is presented; the experience of long-term respiratory support at home is described.
The article deals with the process of teaching fire training to citizens of Ukraine who study under the reserve officers training program at the Faculty of Postgraduate Education of the Military Institute. A theoretical analysis of scientific works, which showed that teaching fire training with future reserve officers in the conditions of a certain special period and fighting in the east of Ukraine, requires the development of new and improved methodological recommendations that have already been tried to improve the efficiency of this process. The procedure of studying (passing) of the module 1.3 "Fire preparation" is determined. Much attention is paid to the pedagogical techniques, forms and methods used in teaching the module "Fire preparation", their features and the possibility of use in the educational process of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education. Some recommendations have been identified to improve the effectiveness of teaching the basics of fire training as a component of combat training of units and units. From the list of firing exercises that are intended to be divided into exercises of basic, specialized and combat levels, the article discusses basic level exercises. These include: initial and training firing exercises. They are designed to acquire primary skills in performing fire tasks in all ways for different purposes under any circumstances. It is with the changing conditions of firing exercises, the change in the tactical environment against which fire training is conducted, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Tactics and General Military Training introduce new pedagogical techniques and methods that lead to an increase in the efficiency of teaching the module.
