Motion prediction of surrounding agents is an important task in context of autonomous driving since it is closely related to driver's safety. Vehicle Motion Prediction (VMP) track of Shifts Challenge ** focuses on developing models which are robust to distributional shift and able to measure uncertainty of their predictions. In this work we present the approach that significantly improved provided benchmark and took 2nd place on the leaderboard.
The article presents a simulation-dynamic model for calculating the financial leverage efficiency level. The model was developed on the basis of the system dynamics method using Powersim Studio tools. In the constructed model, the calculations were carried out on the example of PJSC «Koks», one of the largest Russian producers and exporters of metallurgical coke. The model was used as a tool to study the capital structure of the enterprise. As a result of the experiments, the level values of financial leverage efficiency, differential of financial leverage and financial leverage ratio were calculated. On the basis of the calculations, the conclusions were made about the quality of management of borrowed capital in the enterprise. In addition the assessment of the developed model of financial leverage efficiency was carried out; as a result of the assessment, both the model advantages and its disadvantages were indicated.
This article presents a simulation-dynamic model for calculating long-term economic growth based on the neoclassical model of R. Solow. The model is developed on the basis of the system dynamics method, AnyLogic tools. In the constructed model, the calculations were carried out for two variants of the long-term Russian economy development, with and without taking into account scientific and technical progress. The model was used as a tool for researching which of the development options is more profitable. As a result of experiments with options, it was found that a variant that takes into account technical progress is preferred. The conducted study allows concluding that the developed simulation-dynamic model is universal and on its basis, it is possible to conduct various researches on various aspects of the long-term development of different levels economic systems.
The article deals with the development of marketing strategies. There is set out the methods for developing a marketing strategy for the agrarian enterprise. The formation of a competitive developmental strategy has been considered, as well as formal and informal marketing strategies have been identified: BCG matrix, Ansoff matrix, Porter matrix, and development of author’s methods. The matrix of the Boston Consultative Group allows to identify the most promising and, on the contrary, the “weakest” products or divisions of the enterprise, which are divided into 4 types: stars, cash cows, difficult children, dogs. Ansoff Matrix systematizes the available information about the market and the company’s products, helps to choose the right direction of business development, taking into account the available resources and capabilities of the enterprise. In addition, the article describes the structure and construction of the Ansoff matrix, which consists of four marketing strategies: market penetration strategy; market development strategy or expansion strategy; product development strategy, product development strategy or product expansion; diversification strategy.
This article reveals the main factors affecting sustainability of organization’s development, considers the basic concepts of the subject’s behavior model in modern conditions of production organization, shows the basic components of modeling the enterprise’s behavior in the enterprise system. The theoretical features of the enterprise’s activity in modern conditions are considered, elements of the enterprise’s development plan are listed and their brief description is given, conclusions are drawn. Also considered is the “4P” complex, which includes the “four policies”: commodity, pricing, marketing and communication. Particular attention is paid to aspects of the practical application of this complex, which are manifested in the services sector, and the main means of influencing customers are considered. The main tasks and principles of the industrial enterprise. The concept of “8P” is also presented for consideration, its industrial orientation is justified. The use of this concept creates conditions for quick adaptation of production, assortment and quality of products, the entire system of managing the production and marketing activities of enterprises, determining the structure and dynamics of demand needs, performing individual tasks, which in turn ensure the achievement of the goal.
