3-Nitro-4-fluor-benzaldehyd wird hergestellt. Er setzt sich rnit Aminosauren leicht zu N-[2-Nitro-4-formyl-phenyl]-aminosauren um.Die Umsetzung des 1-Fluor-2.4-dinitro-benzols (Reaktion von Sanger) beruht auf dem EinfluD der Nitrogruppen auf die Reaktionsfkihigkeit des Fluors (mesomerer Effekt). Friiher wurde gezeigt, daD eine der Nitrogruppen durch eine Carboxyl-oder Carboxy-alkyl-Gruppel) oder durch eine Sulfogruppe2) ersetzt sein kann, und daO diese Fluorverbindungen sich analog rnit Aminosauren und Aminen umsetzen. Wir haben den 3-Nitro-4-fluor-benzaldehyd (I) hergestellt und gefunden, daD sich dieser gut und mit hohen Ausbeuten unter Abspaltung von Fluorwasserstoff rnit Aminosauren zu den betreffenden N-[2-Nitro-4-formyl-phenyl]-arninosauren umsetzen IaBt. Wie in einer folgenden Arbeit (mit W. BUSSE) gezeigt wird, kann auchdie Fluortrimesinsaure (1-Fluor-benzol-tricarbonsaure(2.4.6)) fur sich oder als Ester leicht rnit Aminen und Aminosauren umgesetzt werden. Dort wird auf den Reaktionsmechanismus eingegangen. Wir stellten 1 aus p-Fluor-toluol uber den p-Fluor-benzaldehyd3) her. Letzterer 1aDt sich in hoher Ausbeute zu 1 nitrieren. Im Gegensatz zum p-Fluorbenzaldehyd ist I (Schmp. 46") gegen Autoxydation recht unempfindlich. I gibt bei der Behandlung mit konz. Ammoniak den schon bekannten 3-Nitro-4-amino-benzaldehyd (lI)4). Schon daraus geht die grok Reaktionsfahigkeit des Fluors hervor. Mit Alkali entsteht 3-Nitro-4-hydroxy-benzaldehyd (111). Von lnteresse sind die Umsetzungsprodukte mit Aminosauren, von denen die rnit Glykokoll (lv), DL-Alanin (V), L-Serin (VI) und L-Histidin (VII) in guten Ausbeuten unter den iiblichen Bedingungenl) kristallin erhalten werden. Dt-Lysin bildet wie L-Histidin ein Bis-Produkt (VIII).
