Gel-structure of the Hydrous Emulsifying OintmentThe hydrous emulsifying ointment (about 70% H,O) of the 3rd appendix to DAB 6 or DAB 7 and its ingredients were examined by electron microsoopy. Using a new modified method of freeze-etching it was possible to recognize the hypothetical gel-structure of the plaatic hydrous emulsifying ointment and to analyae its three-dimensional micromorphology. * ) -41s waaserhaltige hydrophile Salbe inzwischen in dss DAB 7 aufgenommen. _ _
The Gel Structure of Oil-in-Water EmulsionsThe gradual development of gel structures, using several oil-in-water emulsion systems with complex emulsifiers, is shown by electron optical pictures.
