The development of civilization is associated with the creation of various methods of energy conversion. Humanity has come a long way from the water wheel to modern power plants. Though earlier people did not think about the damage to the environment from the work of a number of power plants, today this cannot be ignored. Renewable energy sources (RES) and their using by modern technologies claim to play a significant role in the world energy sector. Support for the development of RES in Russia is currently based on compensation of costs under contracts for the sale of power in the wholesale electricity and power market. According to the results of the competition of the Trading System Administrator, projects under the contracts for renewable energy power supply selected. Analysis of bids of the Trading System Administrator (TSA) showed that until 2023 will be introduced 1.8 GW of solar power plants, so the actual goal will be the correct operation of them in the weather conditions of Russia. Pollution of various types, which can be on the panels can affect the operation of solar panels (SP) and prevent the ingress of solar radiation on them. The article investigates the influence of various types of pollutants on the power generated by solar panels and promising places for the construction of solar plants in the climatic and geographical conditions of Russia, taking into account possible polluting factors, which can lead to total economic damage of up to 15 million rubles per year.
Nowadays renewable energy sources are actively promoted as the most sustainable types of power to drive electricity generation of the future. Distributed generation with the use of wind turbines, solar panel, and biological fuel may become an answer to the numerous challenges which large power grids are facing. But integration of renewable energy based generation facilities requires not only availability of special technical means but also establishing of new types of trading patterns and platforms are necessary. This article provides the concept of smart billing system which allows to involve single households to the progressive type of energy consumption and generation and creates the new type of energy system and market participantprosumer. Two types of billing approaches are suggested for households equipped with renewable energy sources based generation facilities. The first one implies that generated energy is consumed by the household itself and the second one implies that surplus of generated energy is sold to the grid. As calculation has shown the first pattern is beneficial for small facilities which in overall don't have a large surplus in generation over consumption. And the second one is beneficial for those who generate more than they consume.
This article presents the results of solving an urgent problem of creating new equipment designed to solve the problem of operating solar panels, such as pollution of their front surfaces. The authors have developed an autonomous and reliable cleaning method with low energy consumption and the absence of the possibility of panel shading. An automated system was created with a short payback period in connection with the noted criteria. The article describes the developed device that is used for cleaning solar panels. The using of such device will minimize the share of human participation in the cleaning of PVP.
