Abstract. Findings in the research towards printed, elastic biomedical sensors designed for application directly on the human skin are presented. Described sensors transduce both chemical and physical signals. Sensors discussed are adapted to operate with wireless powering circuites. Employment of printing techniques on elastic substrates of poly(methyl methacrylate) ensures feasibility for functioning even under frequent deformation. Moreover, printing of sensors allows improvement of the fabrication cost-efficiency. (Electronic tattoos -elastic biomedical sensors for health monitoring).
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
