The wave functions yielded by the microscopical non-adiabatic treatment of the Coriolis interaction proposed in Dubna by Pyatov, Chernej and Baznat have been used in order to calculate the beta decay observables of some allowed transitions of the 155Eu nucleus. The Coriolis interaction effects are important especially for the absolute ft values (an important improvement is obtained) and for the fl-y circular polarization correlation.
Using an improved form of the Woods-Saxon nuclear model given by Gareev, Ivanova and Kalinikin, we calculated the absoluteft values for the one-quasiparticle transitions, starting from the ~-t-
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
