ABSTRACT Businesses are in fierce competition in the online environment so wish to ensure customer loyalty. Understanding the factors that affect people and can change consumer purchasing behaviour is of great importance. This study included 1318 people, aged 18 years and older, living in the province of Istanbul. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using the relationship between continuous variables and Pearson's correlation analysis to investigate consumer perception of word of mouth and viral marketing, and online customer loyalty and customer perception to understand the impact on consumer purchasing behaviour. The results showed that the perception of security and value did not affected purchasing behaviour, when examining sub-dimensions, but customer relationships and benefits did. The analysis of the sub-dimensions concluded that the perception of trust in the environment had no effect on purchasing behaviour. However, other dimensions did have an effect on purchasing behaviour after regression analysis. These were customer loyalty, online perception, and word-of-mouth marketing (WOM). Notably, viral marketing did not affect purchasing behaviour. This research was limited to the sample chosen, and analysis was made only quantitatively.

Bu çalışmada bilişsel ve duyuşsal hizmet kalitesinin tüketicinin değiştirme niyeti üzerine etkileri ile değiştirme maliyetinin ılımlaştırıcı rolü araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, üniversite çağındaki öğrenciler üzerinde keşifsel bir araştırma yapılmış, elde edilen veriler PLS tabanlı yapısal eşitlik modellemesiyle test edilmiştir. Analiz bulguları göstermektedir ki, bilişsel ve duyuşsal hizmet kalitesi tüketicinin değiştirme niyetini olumlu etkilemektedir. Ancak duyuşsal hizmet kalitesi tüketicinin değiştirme niyeti üzerinde daha çok anlamlıdır. Yine bilişsel hizmet kalitesi, duyuşsal hizmet kalitesini doğrudan, duyuşsal hizmet kalitesi üzerinden de tüketicinin değiştirme niyetini dolaylı olarak etkilemektedir. Değiştirme maliyeti ise duyuşsal hizmet kalitesi ile tüketicinin değiştirme niyeti arasında ılımlaştırıcı role sahiptir. Elde edilen bulgular, hizmet kalitesi ve değiştirme davranışı literatürüne katkı sağlayabilecektir.

It is seen that sports teams make a significant profit from licensed products. The purchase of these products by the fans is vital for the financial situation of the teams. It is observed that the fans of sports teams tend to buy the licensed products of their teams for various reasons. Determining these trends is important in terms of directing the marketing strategies of sports teams. For this reason, it can be stated that the factors affecting team fans' purchasing intentions from sports stores stand out as an important research area. In this context, this study, the perceptions of the fans of the big three teams in Turkey about the factors affecting their purchasing intentions from the sports stores were examined by analyzing the answers of the fans of the 461 big three teams' fans living in Istanbul. The results obtained from the one-way ANOVA and independent samples t-tests reveal that; there are significant differences in the dimension of commitment according to gender; in the dimensions of commitment and the product tangibles according to age; in the dimensions of management/technical staff/players and sportive success according to education level; in the dimensions of commitment, social environment, economic reasons and the product tangibles according to purchasing frequency and in the dimensions of management/technical staff/players and economic reasons according to the supported team.

Today, brands and businesses widely use social media ads to reach targeted customers. Therefore, examining the effect of social media advertisements on consumers' purchasing decisions stands out as an essential research topic. For this reason, it is crucial to reveal the factors that are effective in the purchasing behaviour of consumers in advertisements made on social media. In the light of these facts, effects of the ad credibility, perceived personalisation, ethics of social media advertising, attitude towards social media advertising variables on social shopping intention and the moderating effects of gender, age and educational status were examined. The research gathered data from 421 individuals living in Kocaeli via a questionnaire technique, and the obtained data were analysed using hierarchical regression tests. Findings of the analysis indicate that ad credibility, ethics of social media advertising and attitude towards social media advertising positively affect social shopping intention. Furthermore, age was found to have a moderating role between social shopping intention and ethics of social media advertising and attitude towards social media advertising. In contrast, educational status was found to have a moderating role between social shopping intention and ad credibility and attitude towards social media advertising. This study is expected to clarify the factors for the social shopping intention with demographic differences.

Amaç–Dijital teknolojinin gelişimi ile birlikte, dijital içerik pazarlama paylaşımları küreselleşen dünyada etkisini giderek arttırmaya başlamıştır. İnsanların hayatının bir parçası haline gelen sosyal medya, markaların en trend pazarlama faaliyetlerinden biri haline gelmiştir.Çalışma tüketicilerin sürü davranışı ile dijital içerik paylaşımındaki ilişkide, markaların pazarlama faaliyetlerinin düzenleyici (moderatör) etkisi analiz edilmiştir.Yöntem –Bu amaç doğrultusunda 18 yaş üzeri sosyal medya kullanıcısı olan ve sosyal medya mecralarında herhangi bir markayı takip eden 1544 katılımcı çevrimiçi form aracılığı ile anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi için AMOS 24 ile SPSS Process programları kullanılmıştır.Bulgular –Sonuçlara göre; sürü davranışı ile dijital içerik paylaşım davranışı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönde bir ilişki ortaya çıkmıştır. Markaların dijital içerik pazarlama faaliyet tutum ve davranışlarından bilgilendirme tutumunu, sürü davranışı ile dijital içerik paylaşım davranışı arasındaki ilişkide moderatör role sahiptir. Markaların dijital içerik pazarlama faaliyet tutum ve davranışlarından eğlence tutumu, sürü davranışı ile dijital içerik paylaşım davranışı arasındaki ilişkide moderatör role sahiptir. Markaların dijital içerik pazarlama faaliyet tutum ve davranışlarından güvenilirlik tutumu, sürü davranışı ile dijital içerik paylaşım davranışı arasındaki ilişkide moderatör role sahiptir.
