Resumo-A Morinda citrifolia L. (Noni) tem sido usada em remédios populares pelos polinésios há mais de 2000 anos, pois é relatado que o fruto possui uma ampla gama de compostos bioativos que são responsáveis por vários efeitos terapêuticos. Este trabalho objetivou a extração de compostos bioativos (fenólicos totais e flavonoides totais) da farinha de casca do noni utilizando os solventes água destilada, metanol, etanol e acetona nas concentrações de 40 e 80%. Os teores de fenólicos totais e flavonoides totais variaram entre 767,4 e 2035,5 mg EAG/100g de resíduo e 475,5 e 877,9 mg QCE/100 g de resíduo, respectivamente, sendo os maiores valores obtidos com acetona 40 e 80%, respectivamente. Os extratos de casca de noni demonstraram potencial para a utilização com fontes de compostos bioativos. Palavras-chave-Compostos Bioativos; Morinda citrifolia L.; Resíduo.
