Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a novel, non-invasive technique that uses electromagnetic force to alter neuronal excitability. The objective of this work is to carry out a brief but updated review of the basic principles of rTMS and to compare it with the principles of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in order to analyze its use and usefulness as an alternative method to ECT in Peru.
The present investigation "virtual learning and coping with stress in university students in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic", the objective of this investigation is to determine the relationship of the virtual environment of learning and coping with stress. It is a non-experimental quantitative investigation of correlational level with a sample of 233 students, for these questionnaires were used for data collection. The hypothesis could be tested and the non-parametric chi-square statistics andSpearman's correlation were used. Finally, it was concluded that there is a direct relationship between the virtual learning environment variables and coping with stress. These results are important for making decisions regarding the application of teaching strategies that must be adapted to this context.
This scientific article focuses on the progress of research management in the context of pandemic due to the Sars-Cov2 virus between 2021 and 2022. It shows the problems encountered with respect to research training and scientific production of the research centers of the National University of Callao. The experimental group consisted of 15 centers. The method followed in the research was based on a series of 4 stages, the analysis of the reality of research centers, from which two variables were obtained: Scientific production (X2) and Levels of knowledge in research (X1). Secondly, the choice of agile methodology, which explains why the choice of Scrum. In the third phase design and implementation of platform based on Scrum. After the implementation, the results obtained through an evaluation of the trial period were favorable compared to the initial measurement, concluding that the proposed management increased not only the level of training by the research centers.
The objective of this research was to determine the influence and the factors that have a direct impact on the organizational management of industrial companies for their growth. This study was of a descriptive-explanatory type, where the survey, documentary analysis and observation were applied considering a population of 1448 people, taking 276 of them as a random sample. The results were based on the influence of internal control, organizational climate, training and motivation of personnel on the fulfillment of company goals, human development, change and organizational behavior of an industrial company. It was concluded that organizational control management has a significant influence on the achievement and fulfillment of objectives for the growth of industrial companies.
