Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre a abordagem aos pacientes portadores de Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica na Estratégia Saúde da Família e a importância do aconselhamento para fortalecer o vínculo entre os profissionais assistenciais e usuários. Método: Este estudo foi conduzido a partir de buscas bibliográficas na base de dados SciELO, para identificar artigos relevantes, publicados entre 2014 e 2019. Resultados: Observou-se que os principais fatores que prejudicam um melhor atendimento incluem barreiras geográficas e organizacionais, incluindo a falta de visitas domiciliares, a descontinuidade do cuidado, e a burocracia. Por outro lado, o atendimento feito sempre por um mesmo profissional, a descentralização e uma comunicação terapêutica adequada podem ajudar na continuidade do cuidado ao portador de hipertensão. Conclusão: É necessário fortalecer o diálogo entre os profissionais de saúde e usuários para melhor acompanhamento e acolhimento de pacientes com hipertensão arterial.
Objetivo: Avaliar a percepção e a adesão de pacientes portadores de Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica ao tratamento da doença, e às orientações emitidas pela equipe de Estratégia de Saúde da Família em uma unidade de saúde de uma capital do Nordeste Brasileiro. Método: Trata-se de um estudo observacional analítico transversal, desenvolvido em um bairro de baixa renda de uma capital do Nordeste brasileiro, por meio de um formulário contendo dez questões, aplicado em 116 participantes. Resultados: A maioria dos participantes possui acima de 55 anos, não possui vínculo trabalhista, e nunca estudou ou sequer terminou o ensino fundamental. Dentre os participantes, 75,6% procura se alimentar de forma saudável, porém menos de 7% pratica atividades físicas. A maioria (92,3%) afirmou acreditar que medicação e alimentação são importantes, apenas, para evitar a sintomatologia negativa da doença, de forma que o uso da medicação é constante, à exceção de momentos de falta de fornecimento, mas apenas pouco mais de um terço procurou orientação por nutricionistas. Conclusão: A adesão ao tratamento farmacológico é excelente, porém há espaço para melhorias na adesão e percepção da importância de uma alimentação saudável e da prática de exercícios físicos. É necessário, portanto, fortalecer o diálogo entre os profissionais de saúde e usuários, proporcionar atividades físicas para melhor acompanhamento e acolhimento de pacientes com hipertensão arterial.
