O Pré-Natal Psicológico (PNP) é uma estratégia complementar ao modelo de pré-natal tradicional que busca promover a integralidade do cuidado e minimizar os riscos de depressão no pós-parto (DPP). Este artigo tem o objetivo de analisar os dados da produção acadêmica brasileira a respeito do modelo de PNP. O estudo foi realizado por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico pelo método da revisão integrativa da literatura. As buscas por produções científicas foram realizadas até janeiro de 2023, na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVSalud), na base dos Periódicos CAPES e no Google Acadêmico, utilizando o termo “Pré-natal Psicológico” como descritor. Foram encontrados 32 artigos que, após os critérios de seleção, resultaram na análise de 07 estudos. A partir da análise dos artigos, observamos aspectos relacionados ao PNP atuando na prevenção de DPP; suas contribuições à saúde mental das gestantes; os fatores de risco e proteção para DPP e sobre a estrutura do programa. Desse modo, esta revisão integrativa evidencia o potencial preventivo e a importante ferramenta de promoção da saúde que o modelo de PNP propõe, bem como, a centralidade do profissional da psicologia para o sucesso da intervenção.
