Introdução: Os hábitos alimentares são normalmente caracterizados por fatores fisiológicos, cognitivos, psicológicos, comportamentais, sociais e culturais (APFELDORFER e ZERMATI, 2001). Durante os primeiros meses da pandemia no Brasil, é provável que tenha ocorrido significativa mudança na alimentação da população, em decorrência da nova rotina do isolamento social, acentuando as mudanças relevantes observadas nas últimas décadas em decorrência da redução do consumo de alimentos in natura e do aumento do consumo de processados e ultraprocessados. Estes hábitos, sabidamente, contribuem para baixa oferta de nutrientes e ingestão excessiva de calorias (FREIRE et al., 2018; SANTOS et al., 2019). Objetivo: o presente trabalho teve o objetivo de avaliar o consumo de macronutrientes e de energia em mulheres adultas em situação de isolamento social acompanhados em teleconsultas nutricionais em uma clínica-escola, localizada em Belo Horizonte -MG, no período dos meses de março e abril de 2020. Método: O presente estudo, de caráter qualitativo e exploratório, foi realizado com mulheres adultas, submetidas a teleatendimento nutricional durante o período de isolamento social não obrigatório recomendado como medida de prevenção a proliferação a pandemia de COVID-19, na Clínica Integrada de Atenção à Saúde do Centro Universitário Una, localizada em Belo Horizonte -MG. Resultados: Os resultados obtidos após análise evidenciam o consumo de 1655,64±547,33kcal/dia, sendo dividido pela quantidade energética dos macronutrientes carboidrato, proteína e lipídio. O consumo de carboidrato registrado pelo recordatório foi de 702,42±454,51kcal correspondendo a 42,43% do valor energético diário. Das proteínas foi de 464,07±815,25kcal sendo 28,02% do valor energético diário e nos lipídios o consumo foi de 404,08±274,82 kcal, correspondendo há 24,41% do valor energético diário. Conclusão: O registro alimentar da amostra possui incoerências, levantando a conclusão de que o resultado do IMC indica a alta ingestão de Kcal diárias. Este aumento se dá por vários fatores, um deles seria a maior ingestão de alimentos processados e ultra processados que é ofertado pela indústria, a praticidade envolvida na obtenção dos mesmos, levando em consideração, juntamente, o cenário de isolamento social gerado pela Covid-19 que aumenta a busca por fast foods e afins.
