Este artículo explora los alcances de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) en la recuperación del tejido social y el desarrollo de comunidades rurales apartadas, de veredas y corregimientos, con poco acceso a recursos informáticos y de conectividad en Colombia. Un modelo que ha sido implementado exitosamente en Suramérica, y que contribuye al desarrollo de procesos de inclusión social a partir del acceso a las comunidades digitales, a la educación virtual y a las redes sociales como mecanismos de conectividad, que favorecen referentes identitarios y que proveen el desarrollo social con equidad. Para esto, los “Kioscos Vive Digital”, se constituyen en una estrategia de acceso a la conectividad en función de la recuperación de las comunidades a través de la interacción en un escenario virtual probado propositivamente por la Psicologia social y las neurociencias, y que beneficia la consolidación de redes sociales y la entrada a la información como eje central para el equilibrio y la inclusión social
Palabras clave:multinacionales, industria de software, dinámica de sistemas, Colombia, psicología organizacional, innovación tecnológica.Las multinacionales de software son agentes económicos con el potencial de afectar drásticamente la dinámica de desarrollo de la industria doméstica en este sector. Tales efectos dependen del tipo de relación (de competencia o colaboración) establecida entre las empresas. Respecto a la relación de competencia, la literatura revela avances en su comprensión sistémica. Sin embargo, el análisis del comportamiento colaborativo entre empresas multinacionales y nacionales de software y sus efectos sobre el desarrollo de estas últimas ha avanzado poco, siendo notable en la literatura la ausencia de modelos de simulación para analizar el fenómeno. El propósito de este trabajo es hacer una contribución en esta dirección, utilizando la Dinámica de Sistemas como aproximación metodológica. Los resultados obtenidos ponen en evidencia las condiciones favorables y desfavorables para el establecimiento de una relación de colaboración con multinacionales, conduciendo a una mejor comprensión del fenómeno bajo estudio y propiciando la formulación e implantación de estrategias más exitosas de crecimiento de la industria. These effects depend on the type of relationship (competition or cooperation) between the companies. However, the analysis of collaborative behavior among national and multinational software companies and their effects on the development of the latter has advanced little, being notable in the literature the absence of simulation models to analyze the phenomenon. Resumen. El objetivo del presente trabajo es evidenciar la importancia de la organización informal como uno de los componentes que influye en el proceso innovador de las pequeñas empresas. Para ello, se analiza el caso de una empresa colombiana de manufactura electrónica, que ha introducido más de 40 productos innovadores al mercado en los últimos 10 años sin contar con una estructura formal para la gestión de la innovación. El referente teórico, tomado como base para el análisis, corresponde al modelo propuesto por López, Díaz, & Robledo (2013), el cual se sustenta en el modelo conceptual de gestión de la innovación empresarial y los diferentes niveles del comportamiento organizacional. Los resultados obtenidos, permiten resaltar la importancia de la cultura enfocada en la innovación y el liderazgo de la gerencia como los factores de mayor influencia de la organización informal, para el éxito de las innovaciones.Palabras clave. The aim of this paper is to show the importance of the informal organization as one of the component that influence the innovative process of SMEs firms. For this reason, the authors analyzed the case of a Colombian company of electronics manufacturing. This firm has introduced more than 40 innovative products to market in the last 10 years without a formal structure for innovation management. The theoretical reference, taken as a basis for analysis, corresponds to that proposed by Lopez, Diaz, & Robledo (2013), which is based on the conceptual model management business innovation and different levels of organizational behavior model. The results obtained allow to highlight the importance of culture focused on innovation and leadership management as major factors influencing the informal organization, to achieve success of innovations.
