This article presents a systematic literature review and its objective was to find out which approaches and methodologies consider aspects related to emotional factors in the design project. Seven publications were selected according to the search parameters proposed and from these, a discussion is developed on the state of the art of this new approach in relation to the classical design approach in the use of current methodologies used in product development. The results serve as a basis to configure interaction's means that contribute to the manifestation of emotions in the face of experience with the product, taking into account human factors, supporting academic and professional projects.
Key-words: design and emotion, affective human factors design, product experience The study of emotions elicited by the user interaction with artifacts is part of a new perspective of human factors and design research. In this hand, this theoretical article presents a compilation of methodological approaches of Design and Emotion, seeking to show evolution of the theme and its importance in the design practice in academic and professional environments. The models presented provide a basis for accessing the universes of human emotions and assisting human-centered design teams to improve experiences between users and artifacts.
