O CONTEXTO DO ESTRESSE OCUPACIONAL DOS TRABALHADORES DA SAÚDE: ESTUDO BIBLIOMÉTRICO RESUMOO estresse é uma temática sempre atual oriunda da diversidade de contexto social e vulnerabilidades a que os trabalhadores estão sujeitos no processo laboral. Devido ao impacto do estresse ocupacional no desempenho individual e organizacional das instituições de saúde, buscou-se mapear a produção científica através da bibliometria nos periódicos da administração, preferencialmente, e, a posteriori, nos demais periódicos referentes à gestão do estresse nos trabalhadores da saúde, levantar as causas, consequências e medidas de prevenção. O estudo caracteriza-se como revisão bibliográfica através de uma pesquisa descritiva. Dos 30 artigos analisados em 28 periódicos, verifica-se um crescimento do número de artigos sobre o tema a partir de 2010, destacando-se um aumento de publicações em 2011, 2012 e 2014. As principais causas detectadas foram sobrecarga de trabalho, falta de recursos humanos, condição laboral inadequada, trabalho em turno. As consequências foram estresse, burnout, queixas psicossomáticas, comprometimento no trabalho podendo levar a erros médicos, intenção de mudança e absenteísmo. As medidas de prevenção foram políticas de valorização do trabalhador, criação de condições de trabalho salubres, redução de horas de trabalho em turno, reposição do quadro funcional, oferecimento de apoio social, promoção de integração entre os trabalhadores, justiça organizacional e penal, respeito e educação. THE CONTEXT OF STRESS IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH WORKERS: BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY ABSTRACTStress (nervous tension) is an ever-present theme arising from social context diversity and vulnerabilities to which workers are subjected in the labour process. Due to the impact of the occupational stress on individual and organizational performance in health institutions, it was intended to map out the scientific production through bibliometrics in the journals of the administration area, preferably, and, a posteriori, in other journals related to the management of stress on health workers, and to research the causes, consequences and preventive measures. The study is characterized as a literature review through descriptive research. Of the 30 analyzed articles in 28 journals, there is a growing number of articles about the subject from 2010, highlighting an increase of publications in 2011, 2012 and 2014. The main causes identified were overstrain, lack of human resources, inadequate working conditions and work in shifts. The consequences were stress, burnout, psychosomatic complaints, impaired work which may lead to medical errors, will to change and absenteeism. The preventive measures were worker valuation policies, the creation of salubrious working conditions, reduced working hours in shifts, staff replacement, the providing of social support, promotion of integration among workers, organizational and criminal justice, respect and education.

No âmbito da pesquisa sobre gestão, o estudo de caso como ferramenta de estratégia de pesquisa é estigmatizado por alguns pesquisadores internacionais, porém é muito utilizado pelos brasileiros, o que leva ao pensamento de que esse método necessita de bom delineamento e parâmetros de qualidade, desde o levantamento do problema até o encerramento da análise. O objetivo basilar deste ensaio teórico foi minimizar o motivo que leva ao estigma do estudo de caso no meio acadêmico internacional e apresentar alternativas para minimizar o preconceito com o uso dessa ferramenta em estudos sobre gestão. Isso deve ser desconstruído antes de se fazer a opção por essa estratégia, pois os argumentos se referem à falta de generalização dos resultados e a discussão dos dados. Essa análise leva a reflexão de que, ao escolher a estratégia de estudo de caso, o pesquisador deve aprofundar seus conhecimentos sobre esse tipo de estudo, conhecer seus desafios e garantir a confiabilidade e validade do constructo, interna e externamente, a partir das ações descritas no estudo. O preconceito ao uso do estudo de caso tem diminuído nos últimos anos, porém percebe-se discriminação, ainda, em periódicos internacionais devido à visão dominante positivista.

O uso da tecnologia no combate ao covid-19: uma pesquisa documental The use of technology in the combat of covid-19: a documentary research

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate how construct values, motivation, commitment, performance and reward are associated with professionals from different countries, from the framework of a hypothetical structural model. Design/methodology/approach The survey was cross-sectional, descriptive and quantitative. The sample of individuals corresponding to three different countries, with information collected from a sample of 406 respondents, and from a convenience sample of two companies, one company in the oil and gas sector, surveyed in Mexico and the USA, and the other company in the electronics industry, researched in Brazil. Findings Thus, the association of the construct values with motivation in Mexico, demonstrated a better balance of the proposed hypothetical structural model. The study identified six groups (clusters) of different individuals according to values, and also, its associative relationship according to the variables of the proposed hypothetical structural model. The identification of each cluster was possible, according to the variables of the hypothetical structural model, and the groups with greater proximity between Mexico and USA were very similar, mostly because US companies have many Mexicans in their staff. Research limitations/implications Therefore, it is understood that the approach used in this work could eventually be replicated in other regions to seek confirmations and/or contradictions of the results, contributing to future studies to relate such constructs. Practical implications It is expected that this work can stimulate others that aim to explore the hypothetical structural model in more countries or organizations in order to understand the influence of the constructs in or ganizational management, enabling people management area to be more effective in conducting relevant management processes for each organization. Originality/value The proposed model has shown that organizational management allowed the verification of the association between constructs motivation, commitment, performance and reward, excluding the construct values.
