Ce texte résume l'expérience de l'auteure suite à la participation au cours de certification « Culture juste (Just culture) dans le domaine de la santé », offert par Saegis en octobre et novembre 2020. Cette formation permet de comprendre ce qu'est la culture juste et de mettre en application ses principes fondamentaux avec des exemples concrets. This review summarizes the author's experience following participation in the Just Culture in Healthcare certification course offered by Saegis in October and November 2020. This course provides an understanding of just culture and the application of its fundamental principles with concrete examples.

conciliation travail-famille seraient bénéfiques pour tous les médecins (particulièrement
pour les femmes), leurs enfants et leurs patients.Doctors, given the requirements of their profession, have important work-family
balance challenges. Measures supporting work-life balance would be beneficial for all
