Resumo A partir dos aportes teóricos da psicologia histórico-cultural considera-se que o sujeito se constitui/ é constituído em seus vários aspectos via processo de apropriação, sempre singular, tanto do saber quanto do saber fazer da sociedade. Essa apropriação, por sua vez, não se dá em abstrato, mas através de relações em grupos sociais diversos, onde ganham destaque os lugares sociais imputados aos/assumidos pelos sujeitos. Cientes tanto da complexidade das teorias de grupos e suas relevantes contribuições para a psicologia, bem como de nossa limitada relação com a temática, é objetivo deste trabalho analisar, a partir de três investigações realizadas com diferentes grupos de adultos escolarizados reunidos em razão de atividades de ensinar e aprender sistematizadas, a dinâmica das relações entre sujeitos e grupos, com destaque para os diálogos estabelecidos entre os mesmos que, nesses contextos, mutuamente se constituíam.
