Neste artigo, discutimos ações educativas como práticas sociais atreladas ao processo preventivo do Olho Seco (OS) decorrente do uso de videoterminais (VTDs). Este estudo ocorre por meio de revisão sistemática da literatura que envolve a área da saúde (Oftalmologia) e a área da educação (Educação Ambiental - EA). Este trabalho busca responder à seguinte questão: Que função social exerce a EA em articulação com a área de saúde oftalmológica na prevenção do OS nos usuários de VDTs? Discutimos ainda, neste artigo, as ações educativas na prevenção do OS por uso de VDTs adotadas pela área de saúde, bem como o papel da EA nesse processo. É relevante destacar que a perspectiva de EA adotada neste estudo está fundamentada no materialismo-histórico dialético, em contraposição à compreensão conservadora (reducionista) de educação, que aparta práticas educativas preventivas do contexto sócio-histórico.
Resumo: Em âmbito global, os direitos da classe trabalhadora vêm sendo atacados por governos de diferentes matizes políticas. No Brasil, isso não é diferente. Recentemente, o governo do então presidente Michel Temer aprovou no Congresso Nacional a reforma trabalhista, que retirou direitos do trabalhador. Tal reforma foi realizada sob a justificativa de alavancar o desenvolvimento econômico do país e, consequentemente, gerar empregos. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivos: a) discutir, à luz da teoria marxista, o fundamento ontológico do trabalho e o processo de trabalho no modo de produção capitalista (MPC); b) fomentar a discussão sobre o sentido ontológico do trabalho; e c) estabelecer uma comparação entre a natureza ontológica do trabalho e a natureza do trabalho no MPC. Metodologicamente, esta é uma pesquisa bibliográfica, qualitativa e exploratória; teoricamente, fundamenta-se em obras de Karl Marx, Karl Marx e Engels, Ricardo Antunes, Sérgio Lessa, entre outras. Concluímos que, no atual momento, não é suficiente que os trabalhadores reivindiquem apenas melhorias nas condições de trabalho e nos salários, é necessário transformar radicalmente as relações de trabalho e de produção.
