Information system is an asset for a company when the information system is managed properly. In the past, newspapers have become one of the main sources for people who want to get the latest news about what is happening around them. But now, the important role of newspapers is gradually being replaced by online-based news portals that can deliver news very quickly. PT Info Pena Indonesia itself utilizes an information technology in carrying out the process of managing and disseminating the news they produce with the help of a web portal called Jitunews. This research is quantitative in nature, namely explaining the use of survey methods by distributing questionnaires to users of the Jitunews news portal site for data about the characteristics of the ISO/IEC 25010 and McCall methods. The results of the research conducted on the backend and frontend pages show that the Jitunews website deserves a "Good" interpretation value. However, the security and functional suitability variables contained on the frontend page have the lowest values of all the variables studied, namely 74.43% and 77.50% with the interpretation of "Enough". This can be input for stakeholders to improve the quality of the website in order to increase user satisfaction with the Jitunews news website portal.
Kemampuan komputer dalam meniru kemapuan manusia sampai saat ini menjadi hal yang menarik untuk dikembangkan. Di beberapa studi, pengenalan emosi sudah banyak diteliti baik melalui foto wajah dan ucapan verbal maupun non verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai metode Deep Learning untuk mendapatkan model yang paling baik dalam mendeteksi emosi menggunakan dataset EmoDB. Feature extraction dilakukan dengan menggunakan Zero Crossing Rate, Chroma_stft, Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), Root Mean Square (RMS) dan MelSpectogram. Pada tahap preprocessing diterapkan teknik data augmentation dengan mengaplikasikan noise injection, shifting time dan mengubah pitch dan kecepatan audio. Dari hasil penelitian dikemukakan bahwa metode deep learning terbaik berdasarkan nilai akurasi adalah CNN-BiLSTM.
Kesehatan menjadi Salah satu faktor utama dalam masyarakat, dimana jarak yang dekat adalah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat untuk memeriksakan kesehatannya. Dalam penelitian ini akan mencari rute terpendek dari lokasi user ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tujuan, dimana user akan dapat menghemat waktu dan juga biaya transportasi serta mengurangi antrian. Penggunaan Algoritma Dijkstra pada Aplikasi Pencarian Tempat Fasilitas Pelayanan dipilih untuk diterapkan kedalam aplikasi berbasis android untuk menyelesaikan masalah secara langkah demi langkah dalam pencarian rute, jarak dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terdekat. Pendekatan yang digunakan di dalam algoritma Dijkstra membuat pilihan yang terlihat memberikan perolehan terbaik.
One of the government's efforts in providing health to the community is the construction of health centers in each sub-district, and the community is expected to be able to take advantage of the health facilities provided by the government. One of the problems that exist in the community is determining the shortest distance to the puskesmas. In Depok City, there are 26 routes that can be passed from the 38 nodes or vertices to the Cilodong Health Center with the starting point of the Depok mayor's office. This study uses a survey research method to calculate the actual distance at each node or vertex, the purpose of this study is to determine the shortest path taken by the starting point from the Depok mayor's office to get to the Cilodong Health Center by applying the dijkstra algorithm. This dijkstra algorithm works by visiting all existing points and making a route if there are 2 routes to the same 1 point then the route that has the lowest weight is chosen so that all points have an optimal route. This quest continues until the final destination point. After doing this research and testing using a simple application to calculate the distance by applying the djikstra algorithm, it was found that the shortest path taken to the destination is through the GDC Main Gate or on the test results in Iteration 26. From the results of this study, people can choose this closest route to save time when viewed from the distance of the existing track. For further research, it is expected to be able to compare two other algorithms and other parameters so that the closest route with the fastest time is obtained.
