Resumo: O presente artigo se propõe a identificar os desafios da inclusão de pessoas com deficiência para entrar no mercado de trabalho atacadista do setor alimentício na cidade de Barbalha-CE, observando a aplicabilidade da mesma dentro das organizações em estudo, sendo assim procurou-se compreender todo esse processo.Foram utilizadas como fonte de abordagem, pesquisas provenientes de livros e sites para um melhor embasamento teórico. Sendo assim foi realizado uma pesquisa de campo com abordagem qualitativa de caráter descritivo e exploratório,foram utilizados questionários para levantamento de informações e para as perguntas abertas foi utilizado o método de analise de conteúdo. Os resultados desta pesquisa, embora não devam ser generalizados, permitem umareflexão a respeito dos desafios da inclusão de pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho. Evidenciando que para que essas pessoas possam conseguir uma vaga no mercado de trabalho ainda enfrentam diversos desafios tais como: Falsas promessas, falta de planos de carreira, escolha do grau de deficiência e falta de oportunidade caracterizando assim o descumprimento da lei de cotas.Palavras Chave: Desigualdade. The Challenges of the Inclusion of People with Disabilities in the Labor Market: A Multicultural Study in the Food Wholesale Segment in the City of Barbalha, CearáAbstract: This paper aims to identify the challenges of inclusion of people with disabilities to enter the wholesale labor market in the city of Barbalha-CE, observing the applicability of the same within the organizations under study, in order to understand everything this process. As to the methodology used, as a source of approach, researches from books and websites were used for a better theoretical basis. Thus, a field research was carried out with a descriptive and exploratory qualitative approach, questionnaires were used to collect information and for the open questions the content analysis method was used. The results of this research, while not intended to be generalized, allow for reflection on the challenges of including people with disabilities in the labor market. Evidencing that for these people to be able to get a job in the labor market still face several challenges such as: False promises, lack of career plans, choice of degree of disability and lack of opportunity, thus characterizing noncompliance with the quota law.
