The Scattering of SH-wave by a cylindrical elastic inclusion on horizontal interface in bi-material space with a semicircular debonded above subsurface circular cavity have been considered using the methods of complex function and Green function. Firstly, we divide the solution domain along the interface and disconnected boundary into two half-spaces, an upper one and a lower one. And Green function was constructed by using the methods of complex function and multi-polar coordinate. Secondly, the bi-material media was connected along the horizontal interface using the idea of interface conjunction, then undetermined anti-plane forces were loaded at the linking sections respectively to satisfy continuity conditions, and a series of Fredholm integral equations of the first kind to determine that the unknown forces could be set up through continuity conditions on surface. Finally, some examples for DSCF around cylindrical elastic inclusion edge are presented and discussed. Numerical results show that subsurface circular cavitys existence notablely influences DSCF of around cylindrical elastic inclusion edge with a semicircular debonded above subsurface circular cavity.
The Green function and other complex functions were employed to study the problem of scatteing of SH wave by a interface semicircular debonded elastic lining of two-phase mediums and interface linear cracks originating at edge of lining. We divided the whole model into upper elastic half space with the semi-circular canyon and lower elastic half space with semi-circular lining hill.In lower half space. Semicircular debonded elastic lining is constructed by satisfing the continuous condition of displacement and stress on interface when upper half part and lower half part are conjoined, and linear cracks is constructed by using the method of crack incision, upper half part and lower half part are conjoined by method of “conjunction”.In the end some examples and results of dynamic stress intensify factor are given with discussions.
A new 3D crankshaft model and a re-manufacturing one were built respectively together with piston, link and etc., According to the static structural module and the fatigue module embedded in ANSYS workbench, their stress distribution charts and fatigue life charts were obtained. By comparison, it can prove that fatigue life of the re-manufacturing crankshaft is very close to new one.
The Green’s function of a right-angle plane including semi-cylindrical canyon while bearing out-of-plane harmonic line source load on horizontal interface have been considered using the methods of complex function and image. Firstly, the wave field of right-angle plane was imaged half space, the scattering wave field, which satisfies the free stress boundary conditions of the right-angle plane on the vertical interface could be constructed. Secondly, a series of infinite algebraic equations be obtained to settle this problem by considering the stress free boundary condition of semi-cylindrical canyon. Finally, some examples for ground motion of a right-angle plane were given and discussed. Numerical results show that displacement of the horizontal surface is influenced by right-angle free boundary.
