Micro-LEDs have a characteristic for wavelength shifts depending on a current density. Therefore, a PAM pixel circuit generates wavelength shifts according to the current of gray scale control for micro-LED display. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new PWM pixel circuit for gray scale controls using LTPS TFTs.Author Keywords P-type low temperature poly-silicon thin-film transistors (LTPS TFTs), Pulse width modulation (PWM) pixel circuit, Micro-LED, Wavelength shift.
Light leakage mechanism of curved ADS mode LCDs was studied by simulation and experiments; it was founded that the glass got an optical retardation because upper/bottom glass of the panel got a residual stress, under the effect of the stress optical coefficient, and then combining with LC layer's optical retardation, the light leakage occurred under cross polarizer. In this paper, simulation and experimental result was compared, and was proven to be perfect similar.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
