Oxidative stress is performing an essential role in developing Alzheimer's disease (AD), and age-related disorder and other neurodegenerative diseases. In existing research, we have aimed at investigating the daidzein (4′,7-dihydroxyisoflavone) effect (10 and 20 mg/kg of body weight), as a free radical scavenger and antioxidant in streptozotocin (STZ) infused AD in rat model. Daidzein treatment led to significant improvement in intracerebroventricular-streptozotocin (ICV-STZ)-induced memory and learning impairments that was evaluated by Morris water maze test and spontaneous locomotor activity. It significantly restored the alterations in malondialdehyde, catalase, superoxide dismutase, and reduced glutathione levels. In addition, histopathological observations in cerebral cortex and hippocampal areas confirmed the neuroprotective effect of daidzein. These outcomes provide experimental proof showing preventive effect of daidzein on memory, learning dysfunction and oxidative stress in case of ICV-STZ rats. In conclusion, daidzein offers a potential treatment module for various neurodegenerative disorders with regard to mental deficits like AD. [14] A positive effect has been exerted by daidzein on the oxidative stressinduced cerebral ischemia in the rat models. In addition to this, daidzein is also used in treating cerebral ischemia because of its neuroprotective potential against oxygen-glucose deficiency-induced neurotoxicity and J Biochem Mol Toxicol. 2019;33:e22319.wileyonlinelibrary.com/journal/jbt
With the rapid development of science and technology, participating in the decision-making of major problems of state-owned enterprises can be based on data model. The decision-making of the party committee of state-owned enterprises is an important duty and task entrusted by the Party Constitution to the party organizations of state-owned enterprises in China, an important embodiment of the political core role of the party organizations of enterprises, and the proper meaning of the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics. In order for state-owned enterprises to strictly implement major decision-making issues, leading party procedures and major business and management matters must be studied and discussed by party committees, party groups and leading bodies before decisions are made by the board of directors and managers. General management matters do not need to be submitted to the party organization of the party committee. Different types and different levels of state-owned enterprises should improve the pre-list of major issues in combination with the actual situation, clarify the content and focus of the pre-study and discussion, and constantly summarize and improve in practice. Based on the data model, this paper probes into some problems before the decision of the party committee of state-owned enterprises. As a mainstay of economic and social development, state-owned enterprises shouldering the historical responsibility of building beautiful China, realizing scientific development and leapfrogging development, and carrying out research on the participation of party organizations of state-owned enterprises in decision-making on major issues of enterprises, which is of great significance for strengthening party building of state-owned enterprises in the new period and promoting sound and rapid economic and social development.
Objective: To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of L-arginine complex preparation on mice. Methods: The experimental mice were divided into a blank group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group. L-arginine complex preparation mice were intragastrically administered for 30 days, and the mice were tested for exhaustive swimming time. At the same time, contents of plasma lactic acid, lactate dehydrogenase, urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen were measured. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the weight-bearing swimming time and hypoxia-tolerant survival time of the low, middle and high dose groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). Whereas, the serum urea nitrogen levels and lactose content were significantly decreased (P<0.05). However, compared with the blank control group, the liver glycogen content of the middle and high dose groups was increased significantly (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the low dose group. Conclusion: The L-arginine complex preparation has an anti-fatigue function in mice.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
