This paper presents a design of analog front-end of passive RFID tags for ISO/IEC 14443 and 15693 by using SMIC 0.18μm 2P4M CMOS process. In order to have better performance, three rectifiers have been designed and compared, LDO and low-pass filter have been designed to obtain a high PSRR and a large range of subcarrier frequency respectively. As the post-layout simulation results showing, this design can satisfy both the ISO/IEC 14443 and 15693, and be adopted in many applications.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
