Ausgehend von dem Wunsch zu verstehen, warum sich junge Menschen islamistischen Gruppen zuwenden, möchten wir Einblick in unsere Arbeit im Bereich der Prävention und Deradikalisierung geben, die wir im Sinne einer angewandten Psychoanalyse zu gestalten versuchen. Nach einer kleinen Literaturschau über entsprechende Zugänge gehen wir auf die Rahmenbedingungen unserer Arbeit ein, wie wir Erstgespräche durchführen, und greifen etwaige Konfliktlinien auf. Im Mittelpunkt stehen zwei Fallvignetten, eine ausführliche aus dem Bereich der Radikalisierungsprävention, eine kurze aus der Deradikalisierung, die wir im Anschluss noch einmal explizit mit psychoanalytischen Konzepten wie Spaltung, destruktiver Narzissmus und anderen mehr verbinden. Im Ausblick streifen wir die Diskussion, Radikalisierung nicht nur als regressive, sondern auch als progressive Bewegung zu beachten, sie eben auch eine adoleszente Suche nach Sinn und Zugehörigkeit darstellt.
Mit dem Tarifeinheitsgesetz hat der Gesetzgeber 2015 den Grundsatz der Tarifeinheit im Betrieb wieder eingeführt. Mit Blick auf die Gewährleistung der Koalitionsfreiheit ist dies ein verfassungs-und völkerrechtlich höchst umstrittenes Gesetzgebungsvorhaben, das zugleich zahlreiche Auslegungsfragen aufwirft. Über die unmittelbar nach Inkrafttreten gegen das Gesetz erhobenen Verfassungsbeschwerden hat das Bundesverfassungsgericht 2017 entschieden: Das Gesetz ist zwar mit dem Grundgesetz unvereinbar, darf mit Einschränkungen aber weiterhin angewendet werden. Die umstrittene Entscheidung wurde von zwei der acht Richterinnen und Richter nicht mitgetragen. Christoph Bialluch beleuchtet die einfachgesetzlichen sowie die verfassungs-und völkerrechtlichen Fragestellungen und setzt sich dabei kritisch mit der Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts auseinander.
