In this study, the microwave dielectric properties of V 2 O 5 -doped La (Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics have been investigated for application in microwave devices. La(Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics were synthesized by conventional mixed-oxide method and V 2 O 5 was selected as a liquid sintering aid to lower the sintering temperature of La(Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics. It was found that the X-ray diffraction patterns of the La(Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics exhibited no significant phase difference with addition levels below 2.5 wt% at different sintering temperatures. The maximum values of the dielectric constant and the quality factor multiples resonant frequency can be obtained when the La(Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 with 0.5 wt% V 2 O 5 additive were sintered at 1500 • C for 4h. The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (−87.5 ppm/ • C) was measured for La(Mg 0.5 Sn 0.5 )O 3 ceramics with 0.5 wt% V 2 O 5 sintered at 1500 • C for 4 h.
In this study, we prepared nano-TiO 2 fiber by elelcrospinning, and then the precursor solution was added to an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid hydrolysis. The purpose of this work is to prepare a large number of nano-fibers using electrospinning method. It's difficult to fracture the fiber through heat treatment. We used some special technique and we succeed to obtain nanofibers. The same specimen used the AFM to scan the surface of the single ceramics polymer nanofiber by electrospun and explored the morphology of the surface. We used FESEM and TEM to explore the surface morphology of and fibers and fiber diameter. We also used XRD to compare the crystallization characteristics with films and fibers. And then we used UV-Vis, PL and FTIR spectrometer to explore the optical properties. Then, we used a large number of nano-fiber to do dye adsorption reactions that can effectively absorb basic dye malachite green. Finally, we prepared form organic photovoltaic element of the transport layer. The result is that the efficiency is about 0.3%. Hopes that by this experimental design, we are able tocreate a ceramics polymer electrospinning nano-fiber microstructure and absorption, crystalline properties, and to explore the changing nature of its physical, optical, and crystal structure. In the future, we want to upgrade the efficiency of photovoltaic device by electrospinning .
