Penelitian bertujuan untuk menemukan perbedaan hasil yang pada tiga model kebangkrutan (Altman, Zmijewski dan Ohlson) dan memberikan saran model yang terbaik dalam memetakan kebangkrutan yang terjadi di Industri Barang Konsumen Primer Indonesia, dimana Gejala-gejala kebangkrutan harus dapat segera dipetakan oleh Manajer Keuangan sehingga dapat memberikan saran yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Populasi penelitian adalah emiten di Pasar Modal Indonesia pada sektor Barang Konsumen primer, dengan pada gejala kerugian 2 tahun berturut turut, yang diuji dengan menggunakan Man-Whitney U Test (Uji Beda) dan Tingkat Akurasi. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan terdapat beda hasil pada setiap model, dengan Model Ohlson sebagai Model yang Paling Baik memetakan Kebangkrutan. Dampak atas temuan adalah adanya alternatif akademis yang menunjukkan bahwa Ohlson lebih baik daripada Model Kebangkrutan yang diteliti.
Dunia sedang mengalami Pandemi covid-19, termasuk Indonesia. Himbauan untuk mencegah mata rantai penyebaran virus ini mengharuskan masyarakat untuk berdiam diri dirumah. Hal ini berdampak pada ketidakstabilan ekonomi dan salah satu yang terdampak adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan dan nilai tambah pemasaran produk UMKM yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi di bidang usaha kuliner. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM Dapur 12 Berseri yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Sungai Pelunggut, Kecamatan Sagulung, Kota Batam. Penelitian menggambarkan bahwa beberapa kendala yang dialami pelaku UMKM Dapur 12 Berseri terletak pada proses pemasaran produk, sehingga pemberdayaan yang paling dibutuhkan UMKM adalah pemberdayaan pemasaran produk secara online melalui platform market digital. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya pemahaman dan peningkatan omzet yang diperoleh oleh mitra.
