Elsevier has created a COVID-19 resource centre with free information in English and Mandarin on the novel coronavirus COVID-19. The COVID-19 resource centre is hosted on Elsevier Connect, the company's public news and information website. Elsevier hereby grants permission to make all its COVID-19-related research that is available on the COVID-19 resource centre-including this research content-immediately available in PubMed Central and other publicly funded repositories, such as the WHO COVID database with rights for unrestricted research re-use and analyses in any form or by any means with acknowledgement of the original source. These permissions are granted for free by Elsevier for as long as the COVID-19 resource centre remains active.
In
this work, we report on the synthesis of InSe nanobelts through
a catalyst-free chemical vapor deposition (CVD) growth approach. A
remarkable blue shift of the peak photoresponse was observed when
the thickness of the InSe nanobelt decreases from 562 to 165 nm. Silvaco
Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) simulation reveals that such
a shift in spectral response should be ascribed to the wavelength-dependent
absorption coefficient of InSe, for which incident light with shorter
wavelengths will be absorbed near the surface, while light with longer
wavelengths will have a greater penetration depth, leading to a red
shift of the absorption edge for thicker nanobelt devices. Considering
the above theory, three kinds of photodetectors sensitive to blue
(450 nm), green (530 nm), and red (660 nm) incident light were achieved
by tailoring the thickness of the nanobelts, which can enable the
spectral reconstruction of a purple “H” pattern, suggesting
the potential application of 2D layered semiconductors in full-color
imaging.
Enterprise credit risk evaluation is of great importance in the credit process in the commercial banking system. Based on the previous researches on the commercial bank credit risk assessment model, this essay starts from analyzing the factors which will influence the commercial bank credit management, and then moves on to build a more comprehensive credit risk evaluation index system which contains 3 levels of 12 indexes. Afterwards, this essay chooses the GRNN Neural Network to be the commercial bank credit risk assessment model by means of MATLAB. All the chosen samples have been put into empirical analysis and the results shows that the discriminate accuracy rate for the good enterprises is 92.16% while for the bad enterprises is 93.75% in this model. Therefore, this outstanding discriminate accuracy rate proves that this model could be used effectively and efficiently.
Here, the fabrication of an addressable 8 × 8 photodetector array is reported by combining In2Se3 nanofilm with periodic inverse micropyramid‐Si (PIMP‐Si), which is obtained through colloidal lithography and anisotropic wet etching. Due to the unique configuration and the outstanding light trapping effect, the as‐fabricated heterojunction device presents an excellent self‐powered photoresponse over the broadband wavelength range from 265 to 1300 nm, with a peak sensitivity at ≈810 nm. The responsivity, specific detectivity, and rise/fall time are estimated to be 0.58 A W−1, 1.76 × 1012 Jones, and 5.1/18 µs, respectively, which are competitive in comparison with other devices with similar geometries. Meanwhile, the photodetector array displays a satisfactory pixel‐to‐pixel uniformity, which allows the device to record the full‐color image of “HFUT” with satisfying resolution, revealing the potential application of the PIMP‐Si/In2Se3 heterojunction photodetector array for real‐time red‐green‐blue‐infrared image sensing and video capturing.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
