In order to improve vehicle driving function, the author establishes a three-dimensional model of a sedan McPherson front suspension with ADAMS / CAR, besides, there is an analysis on the wheel vertical beating positioning parameter variation of the suspension when driving. With the evaluation of the rationality of the suspension design parameters, reaching the common method for the analysis and optimization of the vehicle suspension based on ADAMS, by which, we can improve the function of the vehicle suspension system, and save time to design the vehicle suspension.
To solve the problem on the indeterminacy of customers’ demands, a new fuzzy configuration design based on decision table is presented. Generalized product configuration model is proposed and taken as the basic of configuration design. Generalized product configuration model is composed of generalized product structure BOM,structure-function units and configuration rules. Configuration rule is expressed with decision table, and it constrains the process of the configuration design. Fuzzy theory is applied in configuration design. Configuration engine accesses decision table and carries out the configuration reasoning with fuzzy theory in configuration design. Finally, the application on the transmission system of wind turbine verifies the feasibility and validity of this method.
To promote the structure analysis efficiency of multi-section & variable taper wind turbine tower, a novel method is proposed. The effective factors are analyzed for the performances of wind turbine tower, and the main parameters of it are found out. Resolution on rapid structure analysis is presented according to standardized FEA flows. The parameterized modeling method of towers vertical section profiles and optimal FEM meshing method are described. Finally, a rapid structure analysis software is completed to check the method, and the SUT 77-1500 wind turbine is taken as the example to verify the feasibility of the method
