Purpose China after 1949, especially since entering the 21st century, significant progress has been made in leadership research under Chinese context. However, so far there has been no systematic review and prospect of China's leadership research in the past 70 years. Therefore, with the help of scientific visualization software Citespace, this paper analyzes the research papers on leadership in the context of China from the top international journals of management science and applied psychology (1949–2018), supplemented and verified the previous research conclusions based on qualitative review, and quantitatively demonstrated the research evolution of leadership field. Design Methodology Approach Using a scientific visualization tool CiteSpace and 145 international leadership works, which were published in 64 top international journals and collected from the Web of Science database, and 852 domestic works which were published in 28 top domestic journals and collected from the CNKI database from 1949 to 2018, we draws keyword co-occurrence knowledge graph and keyword strategy map to visualize the landscape and evolution of leadership research and analyze the hot topics and research trends in the field of leadership. Findings The research found that: (1) Before 2002, there were only 7 articles published in 64 international top journal, mainly focusing on Western leadership theories such as transformational, cross-cultural comparison and the adaptability in Chinese context; (2) From 2003 to 2012, scholars had begun to introduce mainstream quantitative research paradigm in international academic community; (3) From 2013 to 2018, researches tended to be synchronized, with 461 and 99 papers published respectively. How emerging leaderships (such as ethical leadership) affect on various emerging outcome variables (such as creativity, voice behavior, unethical pro-organizational behavior etc.) is hot topic for future research. Originality Value Different from the previous qualitative reviews on organizational culture research, this paper, for the first time, uses bibliometric research methods to systematically analyze the evolution path of leadership research during the 70 years of China(1949–2018, and puts forward the future research prospects.
In this paper, a mechanical MEMS S&A device has been proposed. The size of the device is 10mm×13mm×0.5mm. The role of the threshold value judging mechanism is to determine the environment suffered by centrifugal force and control the sub-centrifugal slider not movement under the threshold, so as to effectively guarantee the time of long-distance arming. Through establishing the three-dimensional model of threshold value judging mechanism, establishing the force and the parameters of locking-releasing mechanism, deriving the mathematical model according to the rigid dynamic mechanics theory and establishing the finite element model by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, appropriate threshold value judging mechanism is designed to meet two items, one item is the deformation of threshold value rod is not enough to release sub-centrifugal slider when the speed is less than 60000r/min; the other item is deformation of threshold value rod can release sub-centrifugal slider when the speed is more than 60000r/min.
This paper presents empirical evidence that measures of community environmentalism based on donations to the Green Party are predictive of the demand for green products and policies at the zip code and county levels in the United States. The primary measure of community environmentalism in the existing literature is the share of Green Party registered voters, which is publicly available for California only. Measures based on donations to the Green Party are similar in spirit to shares of Green Party registered voters, but the data are publicly available for all areas in the United States. We thank three anonymous referees for helpful suggestions and Deakin University's Department of Marketing for financial assistance with purchasing the data on hybrid vehicles.
In cross-country comparisons of construction economy, the purchasing power parity index as a currency conversion coefficient can substitute for the exchange rates reduce construction price distortions. According to BOCC method, the special development conditions of residential construction industry for China and the regional differences of non-tradable goods, we propose the practices estimating purchasing power parity for the basic building, small and micro engineering between the countries of geographical proximity, which help the development of space index of China's construction cost and are an effective ways to accelerate contacts with the international construction market.
The comparative advantage of low-carbon and high-carbon materials is determined by one country’ history and natural conditions, which is also the starting point of studying on policy trends for a country to develop low carbon economy. In this paper the method system of international economics is applied, two dimensional coordinate system is set up with environmental friendly materials and high-carbon materials. In this extreme model with only two countries , only to produce and make use of two materials above; we analyzed the cross-border exchange mechanism determined by the relative price level arising from comparative advantage , and then indicated political factors will be an important influence factor in the division of labor between developed and developing countries about carbon reduction.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
