Objetivou-se relatar um caso clínico cirúrgico de Tumor Venéreo Transmissível (TVT) na região genital com metástase na região cervical de uma cadela de sete anos de idade, SRD (Sem raça definida), não castrada, atendida na Clínica Veterinária Trate Pet, situada na cidade de Maceió – AL. Ao exame físico, foi constatada uma lesão neoplásica ulcerada, com aspecto de couve-flor, dimensões 8,5cm x 5cm x 3cm, na região lateral direita do pescoço e um nódulo protuso na região vulvar, acompanhado de hiperemia e sangramento, sugestivos de TVT. Ao exame citológico, foi confirmada a suspeita clínica e, a partir daí, instituído o tratamento baseado na remoção cirúrgica do TVT situado no pescoço, e quimioterapia, através de aplicação semanal de sulfato de vincristina, para o combate ao TVT genital. Ao final do protocolo de tratamento pode-se concluir que a associação do quimioterápico à intervenção cirúrgica, nas condições clínicas em que a paciente se encontrava no presente relato de caso, mostrou-se eficaz.
