His analytical model is carried out based on the one-dimensional fluid transient theory. In view of the micro-compression of the fluid can change its momentum in the transient process, an improved fluid dynamic model of pipeline is proposed. The characteristic method and the finite difference method are adopted for this simulation. In this paper, The fluid transients of the pipes after servo valve shut down are analyzed. The correctness of the simulation is approved by the comparison of calculation data with experiment data .The results showed that these models give more reasonable descriptions for water hammer and flow oscillation during servo valve starting process and could provide guidance for designs and experiments of the hydraulic pipe system
In this paper, the pre-tightening force on piezoelectric multi-dimensional force sensor is researched. Structure of multi-dimensional force sensor and piezoelectric quartz crystals are introduced and analyzed. The relationship between pre-tightening force and measuring range of force sensor is researched. Structural model of multi-dimensional force sensor is built and analyzed by FEM. Horizontal linearity in horizontal direction with different preloads is obtained. In order to verify FEM analysis, a reduced prototype of piezoelectric multi-dimensional force sensor is fabricated. Verification test is designed and made. The research will provide certain reference value for development of piezoelectric multi-dimensional force sensor.
In order to achieve parametric design of the various components and parametric assembly of scissor lift platform, this paper describes SolidWorks secondary development technology which is based on C# and application ACCESS database technology which is for parameters storing of various parts. Parametric design is achieved by programming code. Finally, to achieve light-weight design ,we use the finite element method to optimize the size of the model structure.
