For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against beauty service providers, and a total of 506 copies were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0, and the results found the followings: The EI had a positive influence on job embeddedness, confirming the mediating effects of rapport-building behavior. In other words, rapport-building behavior is a required factor for the positive influence of EI on job embeddedness. After all, such positive effect of EI on job embeddedness has been confirmed through rapport-building behavior.
