FĐNANS KĐRĐZĐNĐN KIRILGAN SEKĐZLĐLER ÜZERĐNDEKĐ ETKĐSĐ: TEORĐK BĐR ĐNCELEMEEFFECT AbstractWith globalisation, world economy has made serious growth. Moreover, globalisation has also led to change the direction and structure of countries' economies. Due to globalisation, financial crises which have increased lately are affecting advanced and emerging economies' degree of exposure, circuit velocity and direction of capital. The declarations given by USA and its central bank FED, which is dominant power of world economy affect all world economy, especially emerging economies. Within this scope, the purpose of this study is to make literature review about "fragile eight" concept which has recently mentioned frequently and to investigate some economical indicators of fragile countries. In the study, it is aimed to explain types of fragility and investigate how countries' basic macro indicators have been affected by unforeseen internal and external economic shocks. With reference to comparison which is made by existing fragility indicators, it has been determined that fragile eight countries have been affected by global crisis conditions, and there are differences on macroeconomic fragile indicators from country to country.
